Beautifully kept, newly remodeled and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the towels soft and plush, music playing and inviting lights on when we arrived. Before our accommodations, the host communicated frequently to make our stay comfortable. They left special touches to make it feel personal. Very nice stay.

Amazing property - especially for groups and families. Plenty of spaces to come together and an equal number of spots to have a little serenity without hiding in your bedroom. I own a travel company and this is the best stocked property and the responsiveness of the property managers- before and during our stay was the best I have ever experienced. The quality of all the amenities- were perfect. One mention that is not any fault of the property owners or managers. WiFi was great- but worked best while using an app. I plan on bringing future groups to the area and I hope to return to this fantastic retreat!

We had a group of 6 girlfriends in our 30s for a wine trip at this house! The house was beautiful, very clean, and a great, private location. It was convenient to downtown Dundee and many other wineries in the Valley. Kitchen was well-stocked w/ appliances so we were able to make meals very easily. Communication w/ the host was very easy and well-responsive (we asked for an additional fan and how to operate the back patio heaters). The back patio was great for hanging out. Check in/out process was super simple as well.

We absolutely loved the property. I think we all wanted to move in! It was a wonderful location. We were able to walk to some wineries and out to eat. The home was clean and it was such a nice touch that the lights were on for us when we arrived! Wed stay again in a heartbeat!

I always love staying at the Amity flats. The apartments are beautiful and they leave the best treats and gifts ever. Highly recommend for a luxury stay in the heart of Oregon's wine country!

Everything was perfect! We shared a beautiful 70th birthday celebration weekend with gal pals from childhood. It was so luxurious and yet still so comfortable.. not stuffy at all. The landscaping is all freshly planted by renowned landscape designer Ron Lutsko. I hope to get to see it mature! So much to do. We hiked silver falls state park, went to a couple amazing wineries, shopped the cute town of McMinnville and ate at some fantastic restaurants. And cooked in (a little). Highly recommend humble spirit in McMinnville, the red market, and the cozy taverna in Salem if you do silver falls. It was a fantastic week!!

It was perfect. The place was lovely, very comfortable, clean and convenient. The only negative was other guests coming in late, being loud and waking us. It sounded like a cattle drive coming down the hall. Other than that it was excellent.

The updated farmhouse was perfect. Great access to area vineyards from here.

Really really glad I paid the extra money for this place, it was so clean and had everything, the managers were very conscientious in making this little studio comfy: new extra fluffy towels, comfy clean chairs & blankets, ultra-comfy bed, perfectly arranged kitchenette with all essentials neatly placed, clean drawers, fresh coffee, and a popcorn treat. Patio is NICE. Ear plugs were provided (helpful, since the winery across the street was working late, and there are lots of trucks passing by). Appreciated having a French press instead of a kureg-style coffee maker. Having just stayed at two other places that were not as well managed, the difference in this place was clearly top of the class. Also this is in a really cute little town, in the middle of quite a few wineries. It would be a great destination. For me, it was a last minute stopping point on my way back to Portland, and the hosting managers were quick to get back to me about availability and help get into the building. A++

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were going to Dundee to visit a few wineries, and the location was a 5-10 minute drive from those wineries and walking distance from a few other tasting rooms and restaurants. The communication was thorough and responsive, and the house was beautiful! We had 2 families - 4 adults, 4 kids, and a dog and it was more than enough space (we had an extra bedroom we didn't even use). It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Would definitely return to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Property was very clean and had everything youd need.

One of the best vacation rental stays we have ever had. The booking and communication were great, the location was perfect for our visit with our son at George Fox University, the kitchen had everything we needed and above all it was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. In our experience, rental properties like this are surface cleaned rather than deep cleaned. This place was spotless and we so appreciated it. We have put this place at the top of our list when visiting Newberg in the future.

This was a beautiful place to spend a romantic weekend. The loft is gorgeous - high ceilings, architectural details and the character only an old building can have. There were also lots of thoughtful touches, like plenty of towels, binder of recommended tasting rooms/restaurants and comfortable linens. While so many places seem to favor the modern aesthetic, it was a treat staying somewhere that felt historic and opulent. The host was communicative and made sure we had all the check in/out information available. We did not need anything from them during the stay, but I am sure they would have been responsive if we had. We were sad to leave and hope to stay here again in the future!
