**Please note, there is currently road construction taking place outside of the property to install a roundabout on Alder and 9th Street with a projected end date in February 2024. Sadly we did lose our beautiful laurel trees in the front of the property. However, mature landscaping will be reinstalled by Spring 2024.**

The Greenhouse features a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with new appliances, a beautiful dining area for eight guests, and a cozy living room fashioned with vintage furniture and relaxing lighting that is sure to make you forget your troubles. Watch a movie or listen to your favorite tunes on the smart tv, with complimentary Netflix and Pandora streaming services!
The highlights of the lower-level master suite are a plush queen-sized bed and large windows that allow lots of natural light with darkening shades that provide ultimate privacy or a peaceful morning lie-in. The master suite boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom, with all your essential toiletries, and a large walk-in closet. In the closet, you will find two luxury robes to lounge in while sipping your morning cup of Caravan Coffee.
Venture upstairs and you'll find three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with deluxe linens, plenty of space for storage, a reading nook, and a Samsung Smart TV. Down the hallway, you will find a fun bunk room with two built-in bunk beds--four twin mattresses in total, a closet with kid-friendly toys, and a Samsung Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and Pandora streaming services. Situated at the end of the hallway is a full bedroom with a charming aesthetic and plenty of natural light. The upstairs bathroom has been beautifully transformed with a tiled shower, large vanity with a single sink, and luxury towels and amenities.
The concrete patio off the back of the house hosts a Weber Propane BBQ grill, lounge seating with a fire pit, and an additional outdoor dining set that can be placed outdoors for tasty al fresco dining! Enjoy the spacious grounds surrounding the house beautifully landscaped with charming lights to make any evening magical.
While The Greenhouse is pet-friendly, we do limit pets to two (2) dogs. Your stay will come equipped with a welcome kit for your pup with a few extra items to help protect the property. We politely request for pets not be left unattended. Please note, while this home is dog friendly, the property is not fenced in.

If you're up for an outdoor adventure, close by (about a mile away) is the Harvey Creek Trailhead, a pleasant hike through the woods of Dundee. And most importantly, a short scenic drive is all that's needed to visit most of the region's 500+ wineries.
