THE PROPERTY
As you walk into the home, kick off your shoes and get ready to relax! The gas fireplace in the main room immediately sets the ambiance of vacation mode. A large sofa provides ample seating for a family movie night in the cozy living room, featuring a large flat-screen smart TV. Guests will get to enjoy Direct TV services loaded with all the popular channels. The great open-concept kitchen, dining area, and sitting room make the main level a great place for everyone to gather.
Sunset Grove boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and plenty of space for cooking. With the center kitchen island and bar, you can make cooking a group affair. You'll find everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal in your home away from home. The bar seats two and a large dining table has seating for ten. Off the dining room is access to your ultimate backyard haven sure to impress all your guests! With a covered patio featuring high-quality patio seating and a fire table you'll be able to enjoy this space year-round. A Weber BBQ grill and two dining tables are perfect for enjoying your meals alfresco! Roast s'mores around the fire pit or play a game of cornhole or bocce ball (both provided). And your furry family members will also enjoy this fully fenced space. The options are nearly endless in this oasis of a backyard!
Upstairs guests will find four spacious bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, fabulous luxurious bedding, and a wardrobe and dresser for clothing storage. In the en-suite bathroom, you'll find a deep soaking tub, double sink vanity, large standing shower, and private toilet closet. Across the hall, you will find a spacious guest bath with double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo. Two additional king bedrooms and one queen bedroom with a large desk with an ergonomic chair. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the upstairs bedroom level, while the downstairs features the final of the four king bedrooms and a powder room.
Just under a mile to downtown Newberg, Sunset Grove is very close to locally-loved restaurants like the Honey Pie and Ruddick/Wood, and downtown tasting rooms like Anam Cara, Chehalem Wines, and Valley Wine Merchants. If you're up for an outdoor adventure, close by is Champoeg State Park, a pleasant hike, or play disc golf with the kiddos. Most importantly, a short scenic drive is all that's needed to visit most of the region's 250+ wineries.
Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play), yoga mats, additional kitchen appliances, and outdoor games are available to rent upon request.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. With that being said, please respect the neighborhood with a lower noise level. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. The city has allowed us to make this a vacation home but excessive noise or too many cars and we could lose the privileges of hosting guests at this home. Per our city permit, this home cannot accommodate more than 10 people at any time of any age.

This house is really pretty and clean! I was so quick to book that I don't think I looked at any pictures of the yard so that was a pleasant surprise - everything from the outdoor fire area to the cute little black pigs that live in the field behind the home were a delight. It has tall ceilings that give it an open, spacious feel. And a nice big table for sharing meals and playing games. It is centrally located in Newberg. And the property company was easy to communicate with. Thanks for opening your home to us so we could celebrate Senior Weekend with our athlete!

It truly was a home away from home. Sunset Grove was lovely, clean and comfortable. The rain kept us from enjoying the beautiful outdoor setting, but the inside was warm and cozy and equipped with everything we needed. From the stunning wood table that fit everyone in our family to the large couch, where we all watched our daughter open her graduation gift It was the perfect setting and it felt like home.

We absolutely loved staying here. We stayed for two weeks while our house was being remodeled and it felt like home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We want to stay here in the summer so we can enjoy the incredible backyard. We are definitely recommending this house to all of our out-of-town guests.

The staff was friendly, cooperative, supportive and responsive. They seem to think of everything, bottle of wine, dog treats, poop scoopers, specialty coffee. Upon our approval the furniture was dog proofed with covers. We had a very comfortable stay in the home and would book with Lifestyle again. We would even book this home again.

The home is beautiful and very functional. The countertops are quartz and the fixtures are good quality. The built in and small mobile appliances are of high quality and expensive. There was plenty of silverware, cooking and storing containers. The master bed room and bath are huge. The yard is dog friendly. There is a dog walking park at the end of the street (about 3-4 blocks). The subdivision was quite, very clean and the people were friendly as I walked my dog. Weaknesses we encountered were not major but could be annoying. The Wifi was extremely slow so we experienced slow downloading with spooling. At times it would stop and we had to reload the internet or stop using the TV for a time. It was really a problem while watching football games. However the region has plenty to do so we used electronics less than usual. The garage was very tight even for small cars.

The house was lovely and the perfect size and layout. The backyard was great and you can see small farm animals. The garage was a little crowded with things so you cant park two cars in there even though we were told you could and had to use the space since street parking wasnt allowed. The stocked kitchen was great and had nice touches like coffee and creamers. The only criticism was that there wasnt any cleaning spray provided in order to wipe the counters down. I think the list of items in the starter pack should be more specific so guests can be sure to bring extra items. We did appreciate the check out procedures though, dishes and trash made it quick and easy. We would stay here again.

We loved this property! My husband and I traveled to Oregon from Florida with good friends of ours to enjoy Willamette Valley. This house is in the perfect location to a ton of vineyards.It is close to the Portland airport as well. The ease of booking and the check in process was excellent. The property management answered all our questions beforehand within hours. They made the check in process seamless. They even left a binder full of very useful information about the property and things to do in the area including write ups and reviews of local vineyards. We brought the binder along with us in the car as we ventured out each day. The property itself was exactly as pictured/described. It was spotless! and very spacious. Even though there were only 4 of us it could have accommodated 10 easily. The kitchen was full stocked with the necessary dishes/pots etc and the appliances were high end. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, make up remover etc. and had very soft towels. The bedrooms were all great as well. We loved the backyard. From the front of the house it looks like a normal neighborhood, but behind the house the neighbors have a farm with pigs, goats, chickens and rooster. We loved sitting out back at the fire pit and just watching the animals and birds... it was so peaceful! We would definitely stay again.

Great place for our girls group of 10! We were able to comfortably cook, eat and sleep our group in the house. The outdoor space is amazing and would book the place on this feature alone.

- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Pet fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs.
