Set in the hills of Dundee, you'll be able to relax in a very comfortable home with all the bedrooms, living spaces, and kitchen on one main floor. Enjoy the updated kitchen with unique counter-height windows overlooking the deck and backyard which will be planted with 530 tea plants coming spring of 2023.

Bright and pleasant, this three-bedroom home welcomes you in with classic hardwood floors and inviting area rugs. Kick back and relax in the spacious living room on the lounge chairs or spread out on the comfy sofa as you gather around to play a game or binge-watch your favorite shows on the SmartTV. Stay cozy and warm on those chilly winter evenings or crisp mornings aside the gas fireplaces located in both the living room and lounge off of the kitchen.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, lots of space for cooking, and gorgeous quartz countertops. You'll find everything you need for preparing almost any dish! The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an attached en suite bathroom with a standing shower. • At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
