Looking to get out of town and explore the world-renowned hills of wine country? Use our private wine tour service, Pinot Car, to experience the beauty and unique culture where every visitor walks away with lifetime memories. Additional dinner shuttle services are reserved for guests from Thursday - Sunday.
Enjoy a movie or game in the spacious living area, relax by the cozy fire, or enjoy the ambiance of the covered outdoor patio equipped with a brick fire pit and large picnic table. This versatile space is truly a home away from home while you are on vacation or in town for work. Featuring a fully fenced backyard, this home is also excellent for a family vacation for the full furry family, with no need to leave any beloved pups behind. There is a fully fenced and enclosed backyard.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts classic white marble countertops, a stainless steel Viking gas range, and everything needed for your culinary adventures. Enjoy your meal around the six-person dining table in the living room, with natural light coming in from the many windows on the main level.
On the second level of the home, you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and boasts an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. It is beautifully designed with light colors and natural accents to make the space feel open and inviting. The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with queen beds. All three bedrooms exude that charming and calming feel that will have you sleeping soundly.
Under a mile to downtown Newberg, Arioso House is very close to locally-loved restaurants like the Honey Pie, Forage Cafe, and Newbergundian, and downtown tasting rooms like Anam Cara, Chehalem Wines, and one of our fantastic bottle shops, Valley Wine Merchants. And don't miss out on shopping locally at Pulp & Circumstance for some great local gifts or one of the many clothing shops like Little Bird Boutique. Newberg is bursting with local activities you surely don't want to miss out on when visiting - like the free art exhibit at the Chehalem Cultural Center or live music in the summers at Tunes on Tuesday, and our monthly First Friday Art Walk is a great time to explore downtown. If you're up for an outdoor adventure, close by is Champoeg State Park, a pleasant hike, or play disc golf with the kiddos. Most importantly, a short scenic drive is all that's needed to visit most of the region's 250+ wineries.
Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play), yoga mats, additional kitchen appliances, and outdoor games are available to rent upon request.

This home exceeded our expectations. We were provided everything we needed, and more, to have a wonderful family weekend celebrating our daughters graduation from GFU. We were greeted with the tv playing relaxing classical music, in line with the home theme, and a lovely bottle of wine, coffee, cookie recipe, all of which were all appreciated! The home was extremely clean and there plenty of towels, soap and even hangers for our clothes were supplied. The beds were comfortable and the home was well appointed with nice furnishings and comfortable, inviting spaces. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was easy to find, everything was very clean and organized. Although the weather didnt allow us to spend much time outside, there was a very large covered patio with lights and a table that would be wonderful to enjoy during warmer weather. We had great communication with the property mgmt company and the home and the experience with Lifestyle Properties were 5 stars for us. Thank you, well be back!

Property is perfectly located for enjoying the Willamette Valley or venturing to Portland. Uber clean and all the basics are provided. Hosts have everything covered from an online guide to the area, a welcome wine and coffee for us/poop bags for the furry children. We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here! Clean with a good living space. We didnt realize there were such steep stairs which with littles was a little stressful, but we requested a baby gate from the host and they were incredibly responsive. There was a great living space, and we would stay here again.

We booked a long stay at Aliso house to be near my mother in her final days, though she ended up passing the day before we checked in. We stayed there through her memorial service, and the place was restful and peaceful and stocked with everything we needed (well, not food, but we didnt expect that. Good selection of spices in the cabinet though). The hosts were responsive and helpful, and all in all it was a soothing place to be in a very trying time.

We had a fantastic stay, and the house was so clean and comfortable. It is well appointed, spacious, and has everything you need for your stay! I will definitely be booking this property again soon.

- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- $100 dog fee per pet to be applied when staying with dogs. Maximum of two (2) dogs under 50lbs. No other pet types permitted.
