THE PROPERTY
First, the Taverna - Giving a nod to the days of retiring to the gentleman's room for a snifter of brandy in hand with a game of chess, this modernized parlor is bulging with games and quaint window seats in which to curl up with a book and enjoy a crackling fire.
Next, the main floor of the manor will tempt you to invite all you know to bask in the luxurious lifestyle with you. With indoor/outdoor living in mind, the open feel lends to the rich earth-toned accents and unique high-end design. The formal dining area features a collapsible window wall to an outer deck and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the sunken living room and is continued with floor-to-ceiling windows that make up an entire wall of the sumptuous sunken living room. A ninety-degree turn have you gazing at the live/hewn stone hearth that presents the option of either gas or wood fire. One step up and your mind is reeling at the incomparably grand kitchen island, encompassed by the pinnacle in accouterments, this chef-inspired work of art, features two apron sinks, three dishwasher drawers, a warming drawer, an industrial-size Viking refrigerator, and the crown jewel, a double-oven, six-burner gas range in which to create your culinary masterpieces. Just off of the kitchen, hides a little gem of an office, comfortably set to inspire serenity and creativity, with just enough separation from the main area that allows you to enjoy the peacefulness and tranquillity of this little cove. The main level establishes itself as more than just full of creature comforts, but also it contains the means to tackle the work of everyday life, with a conveniently placed laundry room across from the coat and shoe-donning bench. And to top off this idyllic yet functional living space is a generously sized queen bedroom with a lavish en suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
On the uppermost level, the finest in sleeping accommodations are on offer. Starting with the bunk room, this summer camp-inspired bedroom has plenty of sleeping space to spare. It features a custom twin built-in window bed with trundle and the other wall hosts a comfy bunk with a twin on the top and a plush full bed on the lower bunk. Just across the hall is a bathroom with all the newly remodeled space and functions, to get you refreshed and ready for the next adventure! And now, rounding out the upper level, we bring you to the master suite. From the sparkling chandelier glinting in the light of the spacious walk-in closet, to the large canopied King size bed, the piece de resistance you will find is actually the spa-like master bath that you will truly fall in love with. With an ambient heated floor and the deepwater tub, the bathroom of your dreams continues the fanciful feel with a zen-like, glass-encased shower filled with live greenery. Like no other, this room alone will make you want to stay forever.
If all of that does not have you convinced yet, just wait, there is so much more! Let's travel down a few steps to the fully finished basement. With access from outside or within, this is the ultimate entertainment space and is not the average basement. Boasting theatre recliners, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, large flat screen tv, a full bathroom, a full-size popcorn machine near bar top seating all within a room that is topped off with a shuffleboard table and dartboard! The fun never ends!
Finally, the grounds. Not only does the Meadows have a full-size tennis court, but it also has gorgeous little walking trails outdoors. A dining table covered by a gently lit trellis, a large 8-person hot tub, huge grassy areas as well as a beautifully comfortable bed swing. The offerings to behold at this home are like no other, and it's all here waiting for you!

Unbelievably beautiful house and setting. A group of four 60 year old ex-high school friends gathered for fun, relaxation and wine tasting in the beautiful Willamette Valley winery region. The house was phenomenal; we used all the rooms at one point or another. Loved the spaciousness, the cozy fireplaces, hot tub and gourmet kitchen. The bed and bathroom linens were top notch; no cost was spared to set the home up as a luxury retreat. We all vowed to come back in another season to be able to partake in the outdoor amenities the home provides. Thank you!!

Where do I begin, your gorgeous home was such a wonderful home to stay in. From the beautiful yard, sweet chickens, awesome hot tub to the beautiful inside.
We were honored to stay in this home for about two weeks.
We loved the quiet and comfortable library, beautiful kitchen with amazing Viking appliances. To your fully loaded kitchen with everything you can think of to cook with. To your inviting living room with the most comfortable couches.
So absolutely relaxing!!!!
Upstairs was perfect, master was simply amazing with the bath tub, and gorgeous shower.
The basement sported a theater room to die for. Once again super comfortable seating.
As well as a popcorn machine, darts, shuffle board and bar area.
I cant forget to mention the drink fridge upstairs
The entire house was spotlessly cleaned, I would dare you to find a cobweb.
And if that was not enough the staff is the most amazing.
They responded almost immediately to any question we had.
They provided us with what I am told by husband to be the best coffee ever and a lovely bottle of wine.
Thank you so much for our wonderful stay.

I just have to say, the actual place looks much BETTER than what the photos show. The house is very clean and spacious. And the view to the rolling hills of wine country come straight out of a masterpiece. And the staff is around for most of the day to respond to your questions or requests. Definitely will look to come here again.

Hands down the best rental weve stayed in. The attention to detail, from extra towels and locally crafted soap, to local wine and coffee, cleanliness and style it was gorgeous. Ive stayed in many Airbnbs and they usually arent as great as they look in real life. This property was BEYOND what we all expected and we wished so much that we could stay a little while longer. If you stay here for a wine tasting trip, be sure to save a day to stay home its a property to be enjoyed and we regretted having so many reservations to get to ;)

Beautiful sanctuary in Oregon wine country that was perfect for our family of 7. Many spaces to gather together inside or outside to exercise, entertain or enjoy the views in silence. 1 hour to Portland, 1.5 hours to Cannon Beach, 3 minutes to the closest vineyard with tasting room. We so enjoyed this beautiful home. The interior is beautiful but all the activities we enjoyed outside on the property made this home so very special for a summer family trip. I wish I was staying longer.

- Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- We require an in-person check-in. We would like to meet you for a property tour and to verify your ID to protect you from fraud and to protect the home.
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancelation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable. Travel insurance is encouraged.
- Pet fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of two (2) dogs. Please do not leave dogs unattended. Dogs must be kenneled if left in the house unattended.
- Surveillance or recording devices on property: There are three (3) security cameras outside that will be recording; 1) a ring doorbell on the front door facing the parking area, 2) a camera on the side of the main house facing the cottage door, and 3) a camera on the patio trellis facing the vineyards for fire security.
