Great place, good location. No complaints

Incredible attention to our questions and details in the house.

We are a married couple and a longtime friend, all retired. We have been traveling around the state for a while, always with the plan to learn something new. We really stumbled on a gem here. Great people, interesting tour of olive operation. But mostly, probably the most relaxing place weve been in our lives. Thank you all!

Its a great place to stay in Dundee, located in perfect area to visit various wineries. Home is clean and cozy. It was a perfect home during our stay in Willamette valley!

A lovely HQ for a weekend of wine tasting. A cozy home away from home. Also incredibly dog friendly with a massive fenced in yard. Had such a good time.

We stayed here with 9 people and it felt so comfortable, even with our size group. Plenty of space to hang out and have meals together. Each bedroom was high quality, so everyone felt comfortable. Easily the best property most of us have ever stayed in. Willamette couldn't have been a better partner in helping plan this weekend. They had great recommendations and made it easy for us. We were able to enjoy our weekend without doing any errands, etc. A million thank yous to this team!

I cant say enough great things about this place! We lived out cottage stay and if we ever end up back in the valley, I know exactly where we will stay!

Great place for spending the weekend wine tasting. Walkable to a restaurants and coffee shops.

The hosts left plenty of towels and toiletries, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. They even stocked fire wood for the fire pit! They truly thought of everything with this place. We had a small hiccup with the gate (it wouldnt open for us when we were trying to leave for a wine tasting appointment), but the host was super responsive and helped us resolve the issue so we could get in and out. Before our arrival, the host was extremely helpful. They stocked the kitchen with groceries we ordered and had a beautiful cheese board waiting for us when we arrived. I would absolutely stay at this property or with this host again when traveling in the area. The experience was absolutely seamless.

Perfect location and neighborhood

I come to Newberg from WA State a couple times a year to compete in a horse show at DevonWood Equestrian Center. Yamhill Flats is my favorite place to stay. Clean, comfortable, practical, great neighborhood and price is right. Perfect!

The stay was incredible the house is really a wonderful fit for a small family. All the appliances were new and we loved the open kitchen and living space. The backyard was a dream!

The hospitality was NEXT level. The attention to detail when it came to the guest experience was amazing! You will not be disappointed staying here! We can't wait to come back!

Great and we will be back! We were down competing at a horse show. It was an easy 15 minutes from the grounds. We can't wait to come back for a wine weekend so we can enjoy the house, and grounds.

It was a wonderful house, very clean, plenty of room for the family and great yard for the dogs(even though they barked to much sometimes lol). With the ping pong table in the garage we had a lot of fun. With the sprinklers going off in the middle of our event made it very memorable. Haha! Bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. It's a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood.
