We had a group of 6 girlfriends in our 30s for a wine trip at this house! The house was beautiful, very clean, and a great, private location. It was convenient to downtown Dundee and many other wineries in the Valley. Kitchen was well-stocked w/ appliances so we were able to make meals very easily. Communication w/ the host was very easy and well-responsive (we asked for an additional fan and how to operate the back patio heaters). The back patio was great for hanging out. Check in/out process was super simple as well.

We loved Pearl of the Valley! Central to Dundee; Gorgeous, peaceful, roomy, well appointed, designed beautifully and in such a scenic spot. We loved sitting by the fire, and chose not to go out for dinner one night, eating al fresco and cooking in the kitchen instead. Our favorite restaurant in town by far was Trellis! (Great staff, excellent food and wine, reasonable pricing.) Wonderful Stay!

This property is where to stay if you want to treat yourself! We did 4 nights with 3 adult couples for a 50th birthday celebration and even after all that time we did not want to leave. The open living space is so luxurious as are the peaceful views. Wineries within stones-throw and restaurants a mile away.

We were all impressed with the house. You will not be disappointed! Having coffee on the back patio overlooking rolling hills was a highlight and we were able to get in good walks too. Close to everything in Dundee. Beds were incredibly comfortable. We were on a girls trip and now we're talking about when we can go back with our husbands.

We stayed at this location with our in-laws, Nanny, and our 3 and 1-year-olds. Having all 3 rooms on the same level was a huge plus. The family room is in the middle of the house, with outdoor areas being fed from the living room so we felt like everyone hung out together. The property was newly built, so it feels very clean and put together. The location was very close to most of the wineries in Dundee/Newberg area. The main driveway off the street is shared with another home, and the other home's address number is more prominently displayed so members of our group and Uber/Instacart delivery needed clarification. It's important to note that the property's wifi is satellite internet. So, there will be higher latency in online communication and a lot of buffering when multiple people try to stream content.

Too bad I cant give this place 10 stars! This is probably the best AirBnb experience of all. We cant stop talking about how happy we are. It is extremely rare to find dog friendly houses that meet humans expectations. Houses in pristine conditions usually dont allow pets, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Floors and rugs were very clean so that we didnt mind walking on bare feet, bathrooms were spotless, and backyard with plenty of outdoor furniture was beautiful. I could tell this place was cared with love. When it comes to floor plans, two bedrooms had bathrooms connected and one bathroom was tucked in at the end of hallway next to a bathroom. Our group was three married couples with two small dogs, so each couple was able to use each bathroom without sacrificing privacy. We will definitely return. Now Im interested in the hosts other properties for the next Oregon stay.

- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Dog fee of $100 per dog, per stay. Maximum of two (2) dogs.
- Additional guests over two (2) require a $50 fee per person per night. Extra amenities and linens will be provided.
