The house is modern, clean and amazing. The kitchen has a wide variety of dishes and cooking gadgets. The appliances are new and work well. The bedrooms have comfy beds and are nice and clean. The best is the deck and the views. AND the winery offered free tastings to each of us!

The team members were very pleasant and accommodating. It was also nice to have the option to bring my daughter's dog. It allowed her to stay with us all three days and gave "Archie" a chance to feel like a farm dog!

This property is a gem. We loved the open layout and the beautiful views. It was well equipped so we could prepare meals in, and we enjoyed many hours sitting outside just taking it the view. It was just what the doctor ordered!

This is a beautiful house, the cleanest rental property I have every stayed in, and well curated.

What a lovely place for three generations to stay to celebrate our grandson's MBA graduation from Oregon State. Days start with a family breakfast and walks among the vines followed by wine tasting in the surrounding areas. The sunsets are beautiful, the stay just got better and better! We cant wait to stay again!

The Little Farm house is a wonderful location to fully experience the Ribbon Ridge AVA and its surrounding wineries, many of which are in walking distance of the house. The home is located on one of Eminent Domaines vineyards with rows of grape vines surrounding the house. The morning view from the deck looks out over the valley and you can see Newburg in the distance. Our stay was during the record heat in Oregon but the house stayed cool. The home easily accommodated our group of 5 adults wit the 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The house is also central to the surrounding AVAs so trips to Yamhill-Carlton and Dundee Hills vineyards are all within 15 minutes or so. Our stay was perfect in every way.

Great house. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped. Masses of space inside and out. Very convenient position within easy walking distance of 3rd Street with all its restaurants, wine bars, and stores. Perfect base for enjoying McMinnville and exploring wine country.

We did a weekend at the guest house and it was perfect! The location was great and only a short drive to Portland. The landscaping was beautiful and a park a short 2-3 minute walk away. We had 4 adults and 2 smaller children and the space worked great for us. Everything was in order when we arrived and the hot tub was hot and ready to go. Highly recommend!

Great place. Perfect location for a getaway to wine country. Everything was clean and comfortable.

This rental was perfect for four adults in our group! Good location right across street from two well known wineries and in walking distance to the town of Carlton. Nice size kitchen for cooking in. Lots of good dining options in town.

The team left my new wife and me a congratulations, letter that was sweet and kind.

Accommodations were very lovely, with nice touches including local coffee and wine! The location is excellent and there are several very nice shops/restaurants right around the corner. Everything was SUPER clean, and all the amenities were well organized and attractive, more than what we needed. Would highly recommend it, you won't be sorry!! Please note: you must go up a flight of stairs to get to accommodations.

A very clean and comfortable house that we used for a wedding weekend away. 3 couples - 3 bedrooms- 3 bathrooms. One bedroom had a double bed which worked okay but I would have preferred three queen or king beds. Otherwise, everything was perfect!!

The lady at the house when we arrived was so nice and had everything ready for us. Email communication was prompt.
