Great house. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped. Masses of space inside and out. Very convenient position within easy walking distance of 3rd Street with all its restaurants, wine bars, and stores. Perfect base for enjoying McMinnville and exploring wine country.

This rental was perfect for four adults in our group! Good location right across street from two well known wineries and in walking distance to the town of Carlton. Nice size kitchen for cooking in. Lots of good dining options in town.

A very clean and comfortable house that we used for a wedding weekend away. 3 couples - 3 bedrooms- 3 bathrooms. One bedroom had a double bed which worked okay but I would have preferred three queen or king beds. Otherwise, everything was perfect!!

Accommodations were very lovely, with nice touches including local coffee and wine! The location is excellent and there are several very nice shops/restaurants right around the corner. Everything was SUPER clean, and all the amenities were well organized and attractive, more than what we needed. Would highly recommend it, you won't be sorry!! Please note: you must go up a flight of stairs to get to accommodations.

The lady at the house when we arrived was so nice and had everything ready for us. Email communication was prompt.

Cottage was very clean and convenient. Fenced in yard was great for our dog. Dog bowls, biscuit and bags were appreciated. We would stay again!

This expansive 3br house stay is almost like a farm stay. The place is very nice and newly renovated, but so quiet! It is amazing to wake up to the hazelnut orchard and roving peacocks each morning and to be extra close to wineries. The kitchen, W/D, and all furniture are really new - it has a spa-style bathroom and a fantastic, private outdoor hot tub for soaking off the day!

We just finished a four-night stay at the Southfield Cottage. What a wonderful time. The house is perfect for two couples staying together. Each bedroom is essentially identical with a great shower, unneeded TV, and a quiet work area. The kitchen is even bigger than the photos suggest and is perfectly outfitted for cooking. WiFi speed wasn't blazing fast but was fine for one video conference. The best thing was the view. What a view across the field to the vines of Ribbon Ridge. We were lucky to have a rainbow every evening and sunny mornings for breakfast on the patio. The house is also very private but still close to many wineries and restaurants. 10-15 minutes to either Newberg or Carlton where you can get everything you need. Would love to return soon!

What a great location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants which we really appreciated. Parking was always available on the street.

The home is located in a rural area with farm animals on it. Landscaping is spectacular. Home is spotless, rooms are large and views are breathtaking. A very peaceful and relaxing property, really hope to go back next year for a longer stay.

We loved staying at this beautiful home. The place was absolutely spotless and well decorated. The beds were soooo comfortable and the gardens outside were so well designed. You can tell the home was renovated and renovations are ongoing. I would love to come back in a year or two to see the next level of improvements they make. We all love this home for our wine country trip and had a wonderful time. Thank you!
