- Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
- No parties, events, or additional guests beyond those listed on your reservation
- In-person check-ins are mandatory for all reservations

Beautiful home, extremely clean and fully appointed! This is probably the nicest property we have stayed at. Everything we needed in the kitchen as well as hairdryers curling iron etc was stocked for us. The farm in the back with goats piglets and a pony running around was so fun to see!

The property was much more beautiful than the pictures show. It accommodated 9 of us very comfortably with an especially beautiful outdoor space. The house is in a very convenient location as well. Very easy to get to. When we had a question about the tv access the host sent his handyman out to help at our convenience. Great communication. Made our stay in Newberg feel like home!

The house was great for our Willamette Valley trip. The bedrooms were spacious and it was nice to have mostly king beds. The bathrooms were clean and updated, and the kitchen had everything we could need. The rental company was quick to respond to questions and the app and made it easy to work with!

The property was absolutely lovely. Guests felt pampered and enjoyed themselves so much. The host group (Autumn and the Lifestyle team) went beyond (!) in making sure we were well cared for. I can't praise them enough for their input, availability, and practical helps in making this weekend a success. They were phenomenal.

We had plenty of room for our family of 6; everyone enjoyed the outdoor spaces, games, and the large sofa! We were able to curl up and enjoy a movie together at night while the fireplace illuminated the room. The bbq, multiple outdoor seating spaces, and fire pits were nice amenities that we got to enjoy when the rain eased up one evening. I highly recommend a stay at Sunset Grove and hope that our travels lead us to the Newberg area again!

- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Pet fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs.
