We had a fantastic stay at this property! The property was located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The place was easy to find and conveniently located, just a short drive to town and several great local wineries. One of the highlights was that the pictures matched the reality perfectly, so there were no surprises upon arrival. Its always nice when the place looks just as good (or better) in person as it does online. We also appreciated the thoughtful touchesthere were treats for our pet, plus snacks and even a bottle of wine waiting for us. These little extras really made us feel welcome and added to the experience. Overall, we couldnt have asked for a better stay. If youre looking for a comfortable, quiet spot with great access to the surrounding area, this is a fantastic choice. Wed definitely book again!

This house is really pretty and clean! I was so quick to book that I don't think I looked at any pictures of the yard so that was a pleasant surprise - everything from the outdoor fire area to the cute little black pigs that live in the field behind the home were a delight. It has tall ceilings that give it an open, spacious feel. And a nice big table for sharing meals and playing games. It is centrally located in Newberg. And the property company was easy to communicate with. Thanks for opening your home to us so we could celebrate Senior Weekend with our athlete!

We had a great experience at Sunset House! The house was perfectly set up to host a large group , with lots of bedrooms and tons of seating in the common areas. The host was very responsive ahead of the visit and provided some awesome recommendations for our time in Newberg. We had an awesome time at your property and made some great memories. It truly was a home away from home. Sunset Grove was lovely, clean and comfortable. The rain kept us from enjoying the beautiful outdoor setting, but the inside was warm and cozy and equipped with everything we needed. From the stunning wood table that fit everyone in our family to the large couch, where we all watched our daughter open her graduation gift It was the perfect setting and it felt like home.

We absolutely loved staying here. We stayed for two weeks while our house was being remodeled and it felt like home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We want to stay here in the summer so we can enjoy the incredible backyard. We are definitely recommending this house to all of our out-of-town guests.

The staff was friendly, cooperative, supportive and responsive. They seem to think of everything, bottle of wine, dog treats, poop scoopers, specialty coffee. Upon our approval the furniture was dog proofed with covers. We had a very comfortable stay in the home and would book with Lifestyle again. We would even book this home again.

The home is beautiful and very functional. The countertops are quartz and the fixtures are good quality. The built in and small mobile appliances are of high quality and expensive. There was plenty of silverware, cooking and storing containers. The master bed room and bath are huge. The yard is dog friendly. There is a dog walking park at the end of the street (about 3-4 blocks). The subdivision was quite, very clean and the people were friendly as I walked my dog. Weaknesses we encountered were not major but could be annoying. The Wifi was extremely slow so we experienced slow downloading with spooling. At times it would stop and we had to reload the internet or stop using the TV for a time. It was really a problem while watching football games. However the region has plenty to do so we used electronics less than usual. The garage was very tight even for small cars.

The house was lovely and the perfect size and layout. The backyard was great and you can see small farm animals. The garage was a little crowded with things so you cant park two cars in there even though we were told you could and had to use the space since street parking wasnt allowed. The stocked kitchen was great and had nice touches like coffee and creamers. The only criticism was that there wasnt any cleaning spray provided in order to wipe the counters down. I think the list of items in the starter pack should be more specific so guests can be sure to bring extra items. We did appreciate the check out procedures though, dishes and trash made it quick and easy. We would stay here again.

We loved this property! My husband and I traveled to Oregon from Florida with good friends of ours to enjoy Willamette Valley. This house is in the perfect location to a ton of vineyards.It is close to the Portland airport as well. The ease of booking and the check in process was excellent. The property management answered all our questions beforehand within hours. They made the check in process seamless. They even left a binder full of very useful information about the property and things to do in the area including write ups and reviews of local vineyards. We brought the binder along with us in the car as we ventured out each day. The property itself was exactly as pictured/described. It was spotless! and very spacious. Even though there were only 4 of us it could have accommodated 10 easily. The kitchen was full stocked with the necessary dishes/pots etc and the appliances were high end. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, make up remover etc. and had very soft towels. The bedrooms were all great as well. We loved the backyard. From the front of the house it looks like a normal neighborhood, but behind the house the neighbors have a farm with pigs, goats, chickens and rooster. We loved sitting out back at the fire pit and just watching the animals and birds... it was so peaceful! We would definitely stay again.

This house was amazing. They had every kitchen item you could possibly ask for and more, tons of towels, the backyard is amazing, the view of the farm was a delight and it was the cleanest property I've ever stayed in.

- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Pet fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs.
