Welcome to the Yamhill Flats! These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your door step, you will enjoy being moments away from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.
Our mission is to offer high-quality hospitality to Willamette Valley tourists while coordinating with the best local partners to maximize guest experiences with our customizable concierge services, and hand-selected amenities. Flat #3: This one-bedroom suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. Featuring a modern kitchen, dining nook, living room with electric fireplace, plush couch for ample seating, these sophisticated suites provide space for relaxation and privacy. The adjacent bedroom offers a queen bed, ample clothing storage and a second television. The en-suite bathroom features a standing shower, lots of lighting, plush towels and a hair dryer.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Every guest will enjoy individually controlled air conditioning and heat, en-suite bathrooms with essential toiletries, Dish Satellite TV, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play) & yoga mats are available to rent upon request.

The unit was well appointed and clean. Loved the separate bedroom and also the location. We were able to walk everywhere downtown. I especially loved the option to pay for a late checkout given we had to work the day we were checking out. Overall excellent experience.

My flight was cancelled due to horrific snow in Portland. I was able to easily change the reservation over to my sister and her husband as they were coming for the same reason as I. Everyone was very helpful and my sister raves about the cleanliness and location and wonderful correspondence with the owners. Perfect!

This is my third stay in Yamhill flats. Its a great location, super clean and cute place. The little fireplace was wonderful, the towels and sheets are good quality and the place is well-stocked. Anne is a great communicator as well. Perfect stay!

Great place, super clean and beautifully stocked, a great base camp for exploring the area and strolling Main St. (theres an excellent Mexican bakery right around the corner and a nice, low key coffee/book joint a bit further down.) We loved it and will stay again.

We stayed at this property for several days on our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was the perfect size for the two of us, with enough space if one wanted to stay up later or such without disturbing the other person. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. There are several bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance and Newberg was a great base for our wine tasting adventures. There was even a bottle of wine and some local coffee to welcome us!

- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
