Welcome to the Yamhill Flats! These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your door step, you will enjoy being moments away from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.
Our mission is to offer high-quality hospitality to Willamette Valley tourists while coordinating with the best local partners to maximize guest experiences with our customizable concierge services, and hand-selected amenities. Flat #3: This one-bedroom suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. Featuring a modern kitchen, dining nook, living room with electric fireplace, plush couch for ample seating, these sophisticated suites provide space for relaxation and privacy. The adjacent bedroom offers a queen bed, ample clothing storage and a second television. The en-suite bathroom features a standing shower, lots of lighting, plush towels and a hair dryer.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Every guest will enjoy individually controlled air conditioning and heat, en-suite bathrooms with essential toiletries, Dish Satellite TV, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play) & yoga mats are available to rent upon request.

This place is so nice. We will be coming again. The bed and sheets were so soft, the place was so clean and the electric fire place was a nice touch. I thought the items on the side of the bed were candy, but they were earplugs. Haha! I didnt feel they were needed, but it was very thoughtful. We went to an authentic Mexican restaurant down the street and the food was so good. What a peaceful environment.

This was a FANTASTIC stay for our 20th Anniversary. We enjoyed every aspect. All was laid out perfectly and flat was beautiful, comfortable, clean and perfectly situated! Bed was comfy and warm, electronics were easy and useful. Kitchen and bathroom were beautiful and clean! Earplugs were a 'sound' option, :), but were unnecessary for us, sound was no bother. The local was perfect, much close by and we loved the wedge salads, beer and environment at the Old town bar and grill!

The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Any questions I had they answered. Any situation that came about they were quick to help with. Cant get that from a hotel. I had an unfortunate event happen with my rental car while I was staying. The staff was quick to help and get me in the right places to get every sorted out (The rental car company made a mistake). I couldnt have asked for better customer service through that event. One of the staff members even offered to give me a ride to the airport if I needed it. Truly wonderful and caring staff.

I have stayed in the area 5 times, this being my 2nd time at Yamhill Flats. I have stayed in both suite 3&4. Both are absolutely wonderful. I do love the separation of suite 3 inside. I had everything I needed to have comfortable and relaxing nights while I was in town. Cant wait to come back. I will never stay anywhere else (until I move out there). It is so comfortable and safe and relaxing. You have everything you need. They make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. It makes you feel at home.

- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
