Welcome to the Yamhill Flats! These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your door step, you will enjoy being moments away from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.

Flat #5: This One Bedroom Suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. Featuring a modern kitchen, dining nook, living room with electric fireplace, plush couch and chairs for ample seating, these sophisticated suites provide space for relaxation and privacy. The adjacent bedroom offers a queen bed, ample clothing storage and a second television. The en-suite bathroom features a standing shower, lots of lighting, plush towels and a hair dryer.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Every guest will enjoy individually controlled air conditioning and heat, en-suite bathrooms with essential toiletries, Dish Satellite TV, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play) & yoga mats are available to rent upon request.

The location was perfect. Lots of cute coffee shops, unique restaurants, and friendly people around. There is plenty of "suburbia" not too far away, wineries are within 5 minutes drive, but tasting rooms are just outside the door. The place was clean, spacious, modern, and easy to access.

We really loved staying in the Yamhill Flats #5. It's clean, bright, and airy. The location was perfect for us...we were able to walk to the local tasting rooms, restaurants, and coffee shops. It was close to the other towns and vineyards as well. We especially loved the coffee, cheese, and crackers!! Thank you much!

- Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check in our late check out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
