Welcome to the Yamhill Flats! These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your door step, you will enjoy being moments away from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.
Our mission is to offer high-quality hospitality to Willamette Valley tourists while coordinating with the best local partners to maximize guest experiences with our customizable concierge services, and hand-selected amenities. Flat #5: This One Bedroom Suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. Featuring a modern kitchen, dining nook, living room with electric fireplace, plush couch and chairs for ample seating, these sophisticated suites provide space for relaxation and privacy. The adjacent bedroom offers a queen bed, ample clothing storage and a second television. The en-suite bathroom features a standing shower, lots of lighting, plush towels and a hair dryer.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Every guest will enjoy individually controlled air conditioning and heat, en-suite bathrooms with essential toiletries, Dish Satellite TV, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play) & yoga mats are available to rent upon request.

This was the perfect spot for a quiet getaway in Oregon wine country. Everything you need is within walking distance. I thought it would be noisier than it was but I loved the suite and had no issues relaxing. The water pressure is also fantastic!

Actually Yamhill Flats Suite 5 was considerably better than we expected. The listing (we booked through Expedia and VRBO) really did not do it justice. Access was easy. We parked right outside. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The wifi could be a bit better but it was adequate. The bathroom was great. The shower was perfect. We would definitely go straight there again if we had to stay in Newberg. The coffee provided was excellent. All it all we were delighted.

Yamhill Flats #5 was perfect for our staycation trip! It is very spacious and within walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants but also has a kitchen stocked with the basics. We brought our dog and they included a little kit with extra towels and poop bags. We will definitely be back!

These units have been impressively renovated and offer a comfortable place to stay on the edge of wine country. You can either use the flat as a home base or take advantage of the brand new kitchen and dining area. The owners also offer great recommendations to local wineries and restaurants. The flats are a great new addition to the overnight options in wine country.

My daughter and I wanted to spend a couple of days in the Oregon wine country. Yamhill Flats Suite 5 was great. There was plenty of room, the kitchen and dining area were great, we wished we had another night so we could have cooked in. It was a quick drive to the wineries. We would definitely stay there again.

Great little spot in Newberg. easy walk to a few different restaurants, and well situated for wine tasting. Could easily make meals here as well, if you prefer.

- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check in our late check out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
