Prepare to be amazed! This home will envelop you instantaneously. We loved everything about it, down to the much-anticipated visit from Fetch the dog. Cant wait to come back time and time again.

We loved the covered outdoor space. Especially with COVID, we were able to gather outdoors with lots of seating indoors and out. The table for 8 was great for gathering to okay board games. Walking distance to coffee and restaurants was a big bonus!

Fantastic service top to bottom and a beautiful and clean home. I had called to ask for an earlier check-in and it went off quickly without a hitch.

We loved our 5 night stay at Yamhill Flats. Everything was extremely clean, updated, and nicely furnished with everything needed for a home away from home stay. If back in the area, we would definitely book again.

I spoke with Autumn a couple of times and she was a delight. Answered all of our questions and reassured us that everything was good. I get the feeling that your staff would go above and beyond for anyone of your clients. You can't teach great customer service, you have to want to provide it. We loved our short stay here. The home had everything we could have wanted and we can't wait to come back!

The suite was clean, light, and airy, & includes a tiny, but full kitchen. The location is right downtown, within walking distance to food, coffee, shopping, groceries, etc. There is traffic noise at times. Earplugs were provided, but not needed, as the noise seemed to die down later in the evening. Street parking meant parking under trees. No elevator, one flight of stairs every time you come & go. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

Hazelwood Haven is amazing! Awesome location, especially for wine tasting. Great little park right across the lawn for the kids to play. Beautiful property and it was cool listening to the peacocks calling to each other in the orchards.

This house was perfect for us... so beautiful, with such fantastic views. Nicely laid out kitchen, eating, sitting, and patio areas. Bedrooms were a bit small, but who cares... just a place to sleep. The bedding and linings were extra comfy. We'll be back! Thanks to our hosts for making such a perfect place for us to stay while we visited our Chehalem family.

I cannot wait to return here. The space was small but beyond functional. The linens were so soft, the kitchen was well stocked if you choose to cook dinner yourself, and it was just off Newburg's "main street" if you choose to walk to any of their restaurants. I was greeted inside with a handwritten note, local soap, and coffee to enjoy as well. If you have the option, stay here!

Absolutely gorgeous property in the quiet wine country and farm area. Home was very clean. Loved the linens and pillows. Great referral to a local caterer. This company is always so wonderful to work with. My 3rd stay with them and all at different homes. Highly recommend

This was such a better experience than any hotel Ive stayed at the multiple times Ive been in the area. The apartment was perfect for just me. It was a safe and central location. I will definitely be staying here again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day our stay at Roosters Coop & the young adults in our family made good use of the hot tub. It was a delight to sit on the patio or porch and watch the horses & other wildlife. We built a fire in the outdoor fireplace the last night which was a hit for getting warm. We took advantage of the outdoor games & had a few lively games of pool. The kitchen is well equipped & bagged ice that was provided was an extra bonus.

Check-in and communication were seamless.
