Our mission is to offer high-quality hospitality to Willamette Valley tourists while coordinating with the best local partners to maximize guest experiences with our customizable concierge services, and hand-selected amenities. Enjoy breakfast in the fully-stocked, remodeled kitchen. Kick back and relax in the open living space with hardwood floors, a personal piano, and a record player! Live it up on the back patio and have an outdoor barbeque in the summer evenings. You won't want to miss out on making those craft cocktails. Enjoy a soothing bath in the claw foot tub, and retreat to bed with luxurious bedding. You'll feel like you've stepped back in time at Ruth's Cottage. The attention to detail when designing this rental makes it a truly special spot to serve as home while exploring Oregon's Wine Country.
Ruth's Cottage offers a large queen bedroom with a vintage four-poster bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The home's TV lounge room offers a Roku streaming device and attached half bathroom. An additional double sofa sleeper is available to host up to two more guests. Best for children or one adult. When the Cottage is booked for four guests, we make up the sofa bed and provide additional towels, and amenities for all to enjoy.
The Cottage comes equipped with a washer and dryer that is available for guest use. We welcome guests traveling with up to two small dogs. The extremely private backyard is a lovely space to retreat to on those warm summer evenings. Now offering a new Weber propane BBQ and patio set in the summer of 2021!
Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play), yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games (bocce ball, croquet) are available to rent upon request.

Ruths Cottage provided the perfect spot to enjoy the Willamette Valleys wine country. The home is cozy and stocked with everything you would desire. The real attraction is the backyard brimming with blooms and spring everywhere to enjoy.

The cottage was delightful, nicely appointed with a very welcoming atmosphere. It was a wonderful mixture of modern and antique with quirky art and fixtures. The location couldn't be better after a day of wine tasting and within walking distance of dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience, location, and helpful people at the office who checked in with me and followed up with attention during my week long stay. I had power outage during my stay at house. Allison in the office, and Tommy and Keith both provided quick service and restored power and diagnosed the problem.

We spent a week at Ruths cottage with our dog and had a great time. The house was lovely. The kitchen was well supplied and we made dinner a few times while there. It was easy access to walk to Carleton and all the wine/shops/restaurants there.

What a great Airbnb! Perfect location (just a few blocks from so many great restaurants etc), and so spacious. We loved the backyard and back patio, and the comfy master bedroom. Truly felt like a home away from home!

Our visit was solely to visit friends as we previously lived in Carlton. This is the perfect location for any visitor! We were right downtown with easy access to the main drag, good food, shopping and the park. This property was comfortable, provided plenty of space for all of us, and was well maintained. My children and I agreed we would all stay here again!

This made the perfect spot for a local getaway with my spouse and infant. The property itself is charming with mature landscaping, flowers, and a great outdoor space. The inside of the property has lovely historic charm with modern comforts and the host adds nice special touches. Its all of two blocks to all the tasting rooms and restaurants in downtown Carlton making it easy to keep the car parked for the weekend.

- Additional guest fee of $50/person/night for over two (2)
- Dog Fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancelation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
