We welcome back The Carlton Farmhouse, a lovely, historic home centrally located in Oregon's "Great Little Town" of Carlton: a charming small town located in the middle of Wine Country, just minutes from world-class wineries, restaurants, and other exciting attractions.
This beautifully renovated farmhouse has been brought back to its original grandeur with all the amenities and luxuries of modern living. Located in a charming neighborhood on a shaded corner lot, guests can enjoy a short stroll to the downtown corridor. Very spacious and well-appointed, this home is the perfect spot for your wine country getaway.
The Carlton Farmhouse is in partnership with Moffett Vineyards where you will enjoy added benefits of being a guest both during your stay and at the tasting room!
An open, spacious living room with flat screen TV and dining area with seating for eight, feature picture windows with lots of natural lighting. This home offers a comfortable retreat for relaxation with family and friends after a day of wine tasting. The expansive fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances is stocked with everything you'll need for preparing homemade meals from the bounty of the area. The main level features a full, luxurious bathroom with separate standing shower and deep soaking tub for two. Laundry facilities are also available.
Upstairs, the rustic, shabby chic master bedroom features shiplap walls ceilings and a brand new king bed. Two additional upstairs guest bedrooms offer new queen size beds, a cozy reading chair and open closet for storage. The guest bathroom features a claw foot bath tub with shower, lots of lighting, locally crafted soap and plush quality towels.
The stunning outdoor space features a large farm table and new BBQ grill with for al fresco dining, a covered front porch perfect for morning coffee, fruit trees, and beautiful landscaping.
While situated in wine country, this home also offers easy access to the metropolis of Portland, the panoramic Columbia River Gorge, and the breathtaking Oregon Coast. With its fantastic location and impressive amenities, you'll be delighted to call the Carlton Farmhouse home while exploring the Willamette Valley.

For this home, we can only accommodate (1) dog, under 25 lbs with a non-refundable payment of $100 per dog fee.

We stayed at the Carlton Farmhouse for Thanksgiving this year. The house was fantastic! Recently remodeled and is very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-stockedwe made an entire Thanksgiving feast there. Cozy house. Perfect for a family or 3 couples. A short stroll to Main Street with nice restaurants and many tasting rooms. Nice weekend getaway place for a group. We will be back!

Carlton Farmhouse is the perfect place for a wine tasting escape to the Willamette Valley. The property is well-appointed and comfortable, while being easily accessible to the local attractions of Carlton and some superb wineries within easy reach (recommend getting a driver to make it worry-free for everyone!).

Carlton house is a gorgeous property! The kids loved running around the backyard and eating apples from the apple tree. The interior was beautifully done! And the location is perfect. We walked into town and wineries are a quick drive away! Would recommend this house to anyone!

What a wonderful place! My friends and I stayed at the farmhouse for a Willamette wine getaway and we could not have been happier with this choice. The property is just as nice as the pictures, if not nicer (for example the back patio has an outdoor dining table strung with lights). The front porch is also nice for relaxing after a day of wine tasting. The place is nicely furnished and the beds are soft. Communication was great, got all information in a timely manner. Neighborhood was quiet and pleasant with lots of chirping birds, great coffeeshop/bakery down a the street.

I must have spoken to Breanna a hundred times, and she was absolutely wonderful (as was the balance of the team, of course) in making our stay just great. From an easy arrival, to delivering a few things I had to ship in from home, to getting us extra linens for the pull-out couch, you guys made everything easy! I've had 2 great stays now at 2 different Lifestyle properties, and from booking through checkout the staff have all made the experience great! The Carlton Farmhouse and the Brookside Retreat were both really great!

The Farmhouse is really a great property! Furniture and appointments, decoration, beds, kitchen and amenities, bathrooms are all top notch and helped make our vacation comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. Everything was just great! We were especially happy to find that the whole-house speaker system already had an iPod attachment hooked up to it. everything was spot on! Thanks for another great stay! That place is really a gem!

Wow, it's just as glamours as the pictures! What you don't see is the amazing garden, huge lawn area and how walk-able it is to so many top-notch tasting rooms. The kitchen is the most well stocked rental kitchen I've ever seen (even better than some of my friend's personal kitchens). We had 4 children under 4yrs and the house was easy to child-proof and there was plenty to entertain the kids outside in the garden and on the porch. We can't wait to stay there again!

This place is exactly as advertised! Adorable farmhouse that was well-kept, clean and perfect for a group! We could fit 7 comfortably on the couch! We especially loved the wrap around porch and the raspberry bushes in the garden that were full of raspberries when we stayed there.

This was the perfect get-a-away for three very busy working ladies. The house was exactly what we had hoped for and the location was a short distance to most local wineries in the area. The three bedrooms were large, loved having one of the full bathrooms on the main floor, and the amenities were all there! We sincerely appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into making this a great rental. I highly recommend the Carlton Farmhouse! The only disappointment was that our stay was too short!

Lifestyle did stay in touch and offer luxury experiences like hot air balloon rides. They are super pleasant to work with and we enjoyed that we could contact but we had our privacy. They also gave us the option of early check in, which we ended up not being able to actually utilize but loved that they accommodated us on that request.

In a word: sensational. We could not have imagined a better home base for our trip to Oregon. The Carlton Farmhouse, and the grounds surrounding it were simply picture perfect. We could walk to restaurants, shops, tasting rooms and more. The neighbors couldn't have been more friendly (and we're from the Deep South, so that's saying something). Access to the coast, the wine country and the sensational Oregon countryside was a breeze as well -- amazingly convenient. But the true star of the show was the farmhouse. Loved the charm, the cleanliness and the vibe. We will return with 100% certainty. Thank you for a lovely midsummer break from the Dallas heat.

The Farmhouse is perfect for larger groups who love to cook, relax, and enjoy wine. There are three bedrooms and a pull out couch in the loft. There are also two wine fridges. The kitchen had everything we needed - coffee, tea, spices, oils...it was not lacking anything we needed. We grilled on the BBQ one evening and made many breakfasts in the kitchen. In the mornings we would go for a walk. Heading south from the property is a large and beautiful park. We also walked all through the neighborhoods. A mini-mart is only a block away and so is a great Mexican restaurant. We love the Carlton public pool too. So much to do in such a small town. The best part of the house is sitting out on the covered porch in the evening and watching the sky turn color. The interior is just like the photos - beautiful. There's plenty of parking. There is also a cherry tree and raspberry bushes on the property. It was all well maintained. We hope to stay at the Farmhouse again for our next stay in Carlton.

- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
