The Apple Tree Cottage is a brand new, fully remodeled home located in Oregon's Great Little Town of Carlton: a charming small town located in the middle of Wine Country, just minutes from world-class wineries, restaurants, and other exciting attractions.
This beautifully remodeled cottage has a fresh, bright farmhouse feel with the amenities and luxuries of modern living. Very spacious yet cozy, this home is the perfect spot for your wine country getaway.
This open-flow home offers a comfortable retreat to relax with family and friends after a day of wine tasting. Be welcomed into a comfortable living room with plenty of seating for all, a flat screen with SmartTV capabilities, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room permits flexibility for additional sleeping options.
Easily transition to a meal at the dining table, or patio dining al fresco coming spring 2024. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and is perfectly stocked with everything you'll need for creating tasty meals.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a dresser, a large closet, and en suite dream bathroom. This lavish bathroom offers both a large standing shower and a deep soaking clawfoot tub to melt away all life's little stresses. A second equally appointed split king bedroom that can be set up as a king bed or twin beds, whichever the guest prefers, has access to a full guest bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
Guests will have extra activities, rain or shine, with a garage equipped with both a ping pong table and pedal bikes to cruise on downtown. (Coming Spring 2024) On-site laundry machines with detergent are also available.

Additional family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play), yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games (bocce ball, croquet) are available to rent upon request.

Although we spent little time in the house because our daughter lives a few blocks away, the location made a perfect choice. Our beds were very comfortable and we felt welcomed. Little extras made us feel special. We needed nothing as the house had all the amenities we enjoy. The house was very clean and quiet which is very important to us as seniors. Thanks for a great getaway.

It is perfectly appointed for cooking. It is just a couple of blocks from Downtown Carlton, so an easy walk into nearby wine tasting rooms and restaurants. I loved the place, light and clean. Really great place, kitchen was well equipped, they left us a wonderful welcome gift of wine and chocolates. They had a notebook full of local information on the coffee table - very helpful. They had games and books for us to use while there. They had bikes and a ping pong table in the garage. The sheets and towels were very very plush. We would stay here again!

Our stay in the Apple Tree Cottage was really great! The house had everything we could possibly need for the 4 nights we were there. The kitchen was fully appointed with all we needed to cook breakfast a couple of mornings. Coffee and creamers were provided to get us started our first morning. The living space was super homey, and the outside patio seating was perfect for morning coffee and enjoying the birds and squirrels. The beds in each room were comfy and the bathrooms had everything we needed, including a first aid kit which came in handy after a fall on a nearby hiking trail! I'd love to stay at the Apple Tree Cottage again!

Lovely space! There were four of us, and it was comfortable enough for all. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the deck, sipping wine and cheese platters. Everything was new and clean. Not only was it in a quiet neighborhood, the best part and one of the primary reasons for choosing this property was its proximity to downtown. It is literally a two-minute walk to Main Street and it's wine tasting rooms and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and wished we could have stayed longer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From making reservations online via Lifestyle Properties all the way through the check out process, it was seamless and professional. For our next adventure, we most definitely will be looking to work with Lifestyle. Great job everyone!

The property management team was wonderful to work with. Although we had originally booked another property, which became unavailable due to reasons out of their control, they were amazing in finding us a new place that met our needs. I loved that when I was called about the issue, the first question they asked was, "What did you like about the property you booked?" We've had other vacations where we've been reassigned to a new place without any consideration for our preferences, but this team truly made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the alternative.

It was a wonderful experience. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from a fully-equipped kitchen to comfortable bedding. Its location was ideal, within walking distance to a couple great places for dinner, making our evenings hassle-free. A truly lovely home just steps from Carltons food and wine scene. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood -- and the house looks newly renovated/decorated for hosting. Cozy and comfortable -- we felt like we were the first folks to have ever stayed in this location, it smelled and looked brand spanking new. Grateful for the hospitality and treats left for us at the home. Really enjoyed sitting in the backyard area- both night and day. Beautiful flowers outside-- and great kitchen. We didnt get to make use of-- but enjoyed seeing the ping pong table, numerous board games, and the clawfoot tub in the master is just ADORABLE and sparkling clean. Wish Id had time to soak. This was my first trip to the Willamette Valley and it was a perfect place to stay. Looking forward to returning and having a safe, clean space to relax after a day of wine tasting and indulging in great food.

- Cancelation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable
