This unique barn loft features a queen bed and a second twin bedroom with a trundle bed located in a park-like setting in the center of Wine Country. There is a full bathroom with a cute vanity, standing shower, and private toilet. A perfect setup for extended stay guests with a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the home with basic soaps and detergents provided.

THE PROPERTY:
The Main Level has a fully stocked and newly furnished kitchen and dine-in eating bar. Upstairs is a spacious living loft with a queen bed, laundry, and work desk. There is a separate bedroom with a twin daybed for up to two sleepers. A full bathroom with a shower awaits you.

For those warm nights, there is plenty of outdoor seating with a lighted pathway around a carefully landscaped yard. For those of you who enjoy grilling, there is a BBQ Grill in the backyard. Enjoy the lavish greenery on the back patio as this outdoor space is perfect for those warm summer nights or cozy fall evenings

Bring your bikes or rent bikes and zip around very easily. Perfect for a small family or friend's getaway. 

Traveling with little ones? Family items such as baby gates, high chairs, and pack 'n plays are available for rent for a small one-time rental fee, making your packing needs a little easier for your stay. Simply inquire with our concierge team for availability.

• At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
• Please note, the homeowners live onsite in the upstairs of the home. They love welcoming guests to their property and even sharing the bounty of the gardens when in season!
