Welcome to Bell Road Farmhouse! Old-world charm meets luxury estate in Sherwood, Oregon! The lavish, 3,200-square-foot farmhouse is surrounded by the newly planted Chehalem vineyards. Bell Road Farmhouse sits on 80 sprawling acres, welcoming guests to the enchantments of wine country. This Farmhouse is the perfect place to gather with the family as it offers five bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

The entryway will bring you into the mudroom/laundry room before stepping into the cheerful kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need for cooking a delicious family meal. Enjoy it at the breakfast nook, or gather the entire group in the formal dining room, complete with a dining table that seats up to eight—perfect for a family dinner or board games. After a good meal, venture into the cozy, bright living room, grand windows, ample seating, and TV, built for time with loved ones.

A spacious queen bedroom is located to the right of the kitchen by the front door. There is another dining room table farm style for game nights, or conversations and laughs!

Up the stairs near the living room, you’ll find a landing where the primary suite resides. This suite offers a full bathroom with a jacuzzi soaking tub, two walk-in closets, a king-size bed, and a private balcony. This spacious room features stunning views of sprawling farmland and natural light, each room is outfitted with hotel-quality linens and plush mattresses. The steps outside the room will take you to a loft with an extra large twin-day bed with a trundle. Perfect space for children to be entertained by games, and a smart TV! Through that room, you will find two additional rooms with queen-size beds, along with a shared full bathroom complete with a large standing shower, hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, luxurious towels, and locally crafted soap bars to help you feel at home during your stay. The staircase will wrap you back around to the front door and queen bedroom on the main level of the home.

Outside, Bell Road Farmhouse continues to charm with sprawling lawns. Enjoy dinner on the patio with an outdoor dining area for up to eight and a BBQ. Take a stroll with your morning coffee down the fence line to take in views of the grassy fields. Or cozy up on the porch with a glass of wine at night to soak up the endless views of the night sky.
