My wife and I had the pleasure of spending our Thanksgiving at Destination Willamette's studio flat in downtown Newberg, Oregon, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the charming ambiance of the flat. We enjoyed strolling through the quaint streets, discovering local shops, and indulging in the diverse culinary scene that Newberg has to offer. The convenience of having everything within walking distance made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite being in the heart of downtown, the studio provided a serene retreat. We spent the week at the "Gate House" to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and Thanksgiving. The property was absolutely immaculate, both inside and out. The attention to detail was exceptional, including a complimentary bottle of wine and a birthday card for my wife. The views were breathtaking, and the staff at the tasting room were super friendly and knowledgeable. We loved ending our day with a glass of wine while watching the sunset - it was truly amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. The house is well-maintained and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the quality of the linens was top-notch. We even had the chance to see deer frolicking in the surroundings. Coming from Los Angeles, where I often feel surrounded by a concrete jungle, being out in nature in such peaceful silence was a remarkable experience. We are definitely planning to return next year..

The house was exactly what it looked like. Beautiful home with everything we needed and the view was outstanding. This is what I hope for when I stay in Willamette Valley.

We were extremely happy with the farmhouse and the surroundings were perfect for relaxation. The hosts provided more than the usual amenities and worked with us to provide a nice bottle of wine and a delicious charcuterie board for our arrival. We wished we had been able to stay longer.

Ideal spot for a couple looking to enjoy the beautiful wine country! This unit offered very comfortable lounging areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a super comfy bed. There is a very cute outdoor area as well but our weather didn't cooperate enough for us to enjoy it. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance of several wineries and restaurants, so we were never without options. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to visit the Willamette.

Such a beautiful place to stay, will definitely stay again. The owner is so friendly as is the property management staff. Spotless inside, such comfortable beds, made me feel right at home. The kitchen was excellent for cooking Thanksgiving dinner, fully stocked and roomy. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views. Mystic Wine next door was awesome as well. Great owner. The whole experience with Southfield Cottage and Lifestyle Properties was excellent. Very organized, provided all the information needed, and the house was set up wonderfully. The house was beautiful and every convenience was considered. The welcoming lights and music were especially appreciated when we arrived at night!

What really stood out for us was the high-quality property management service operating this site. They were super attentive and communicated perfectly.

The property is exceedingly peaceful and a short walk to wine tasting next door at Tori Mor and Lange wineries. The spot is perfectly situated to enjoy cool shade in the summer, and the sound of rain on the roof in the winter. The large cabin is on 14 wooded acres, and it feels very private. This is a perfect location for 2 or 3 couples doing a wine tour in the area. We enjoyed the decent vertical gain hiking up the main road to a great view of the valley to wear off a few Pinot Noir and charcuterie calories. The wood stove and hot tub were both features that really made the place enjoyable, and made you want to take your clothes off and stay a while. The kitchen was well furnished. Note, this location is not for people who are unable to climb stairs. We really loved it and might even come back!

The property exceeded our expectations. The layout of the house, the views, and the furnishings were all top-notch. The place was fully stocked for three couples to live in for a few days for group meals and enjoying the Willamette Valley. The location is very close to Dundee and a number of the top wineries, but is just far enough from town to provide a peaceful secluded location. Highly recommend the property, hosts were great to deal with.
