Cozy and nice for one couple.Loved the coziness and decor of the apartment. Loved the electric fireplace. Clean and well stocked. Had a nice bottle of wine awaiting us when we arrived. The book regarding the property was very complete and full of great information. We had a great time staying in the Rose room. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My childhood bestie & her 7 year old son & I stayed in the Rose Room on our weekend trip to wine country. The space is clean, well decorated & cozy with the most comfortable bed I have slept in at a vacation rental. The welcome note & local bar soap, wine & coffee were a nice surprise. We used all the amenities & everything worked perfectly. TV with Netflix, Thermostat. Coffee Maker. Microwave. Stove. Cute fake fireplace heater. There was enough room in the sitting room for all of us to put out our yoga mats and do morning practice. The bed was large enough for all 3 of us to sleep but we notice the bottom of the sofa had a pull out trundle bed. Perhaps we are all heavy sleepers but none of us were bothered by traffic noise that lost them a star by one reviewer. We will likely stay here again in the future when exploring vineyards in Newberg or Dundee or the Rodeo in St Paul. We enjoyed Furioso Vineyards so much & though in a strip mall atmosphere dinner at the Newbergundian Bistro was delicious. JORY was exceptional as well. Thank you for having us!

I like the mix of communication with email, text and the check in/check out process. The add on of the charcuterie and wine was a nice touch. Communication was great. No issues with check in or check out. Your prices are very reasonable, and the rental property was almost perfect for our needs

This is the second time I've stayed here when heading out to wine country for a winery dinner, and it's a perfect spot. They are super pup-friendly (leaving bowls, treats, towels, etc., for fur babies), and the space is updated light, and lovelya very easy, convenient location. I highly recommend staying here!

A key decision to stay was you was the King beds that you offered. Many (too many) in the wine country area only offer queens. I don't get that, to be honest. A king bed is more luxurious and more of a retreat. You seem to understand the customer and the place delivered on every note. The popcorn in the room....I shouldn't have....but I did and enjoyed it all! You made me feel special in every way..Even the littlest touches of having lamps on to welcome the guest upon arrival. I was very impressed, not only the at first but during the stay. Thank you!

- Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Dog fee of $50 per stay. Maximum of two (2) dogs. 35lb limit.
- Additional guests over two (2) require a $50 fee per person per night. Extra amenities and linens will be provided.
