Lovely build-out, sparkly clean rental, the best we've ever stayed at.There are three other units above the financial offices, important to know, this is a good rental for quieter guests. We would definately come again if available.

My childhood bestie & her 7-year-old son & I stayed in the Rose Room on our weekend trip to wine country. The space is clean, well decorated & cozy with the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The welcome note & local bar soap, wine & coffee were a nice surprise. We used all the amenities & everything worked perfectly. TV with Netflix, Thermostat. Coffee Maker. Microwave. Stove. Cute fake fireplace heater. There was enough room in the sitting room for all of us to put out our yoga mats and do morning practice.

Wonderful place in the heart of everything, great restaurants, great people, and obviously easy access to hundreds of wineries. The host was very proactive and helped a ton with suggestions on restaurants and wineries. Even set up a private car to take us to the wineries. We will definitely be back.

Everything about the Ros Room was amazing! Super clean, amazing welcome gifts, doggie extras, great kitchen with all the cook wear you need, plus the most comfortable bed! Others have commented about the traffic noise, but we were not bothered at all. We would highly recommend and will be back when we visit Newberg in the future!!

Only slight downside is that the building is sandwiched between two busy one-way streets and the street noise is pretty constant. Didn't prevent a good nights sleep for us. Our adult daughter slept on the sofa bed and said it was really comfortable.

- Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Dog fee of $50 per stay. Maximum of two (2) dogs. 35lb limit.
- Additional guests over two (2) require a $50 fee per person per night. Extra amenities and linens will be provided.
