This charming home features a wrap-around porch with Vineyard and Valley views in every direction; Perfect for sipping your morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine after a day of exploring. Only steps from your front porch you will find yourself at Brooks Tasting room where you can do a wine tasting and learn more about their history in the valley.

When you venture back inside the home you can cozy up in the living room and soak in the exclusive views out of the large picture windows, or have a meal with loved ones at the farmhouse dining table. As you enter the home under the covered porch you will see the kitchen to your right and the dining room in front of you with plenty of seating for everyone to gather. Continuing through the home, you will find yourself in a cozy living room with views you can enjoy year-round, rain or shine. The living room features a 40-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix and Pandora provided along with lots of books and board games for in-home entertainment. Note: The fireplace is temporarily suspended, and will be receiving an upgrade coming soon!
Out the french doors, you arrive at the two-tiered deck. A few cozy lounge seating options are available to soak in the experience on those perfect summer evenings in Oregon. An outdoor dining table and Weber BBQ grill make dining al fresco vineyard side a real joy! Should the nights get a little chilly, take advantage of the propane fire pit to keep you cozy.
Back inside, you will also find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed appointed with luxurious linens, a reading nook, and unbeatable views out the large sliding doors to the deck. Every room comes equipped with luxurious robes so you can get right up and enjoy the sunrise as it occurs. Off the master bedroom is a full guest bath with a standing shower. Up the stairs from the dining room, you will find a comfortable loft with two beds, one queen and one twin, perfect for if you are traveling as a family. At the base of the stairs, you will find an additional full bathroom which can be easily accessed from the main area of the home, containing a clawfoot tub shower. The lower level of the farmhouse offers additional sleeping options for everyone to be able to spread out if you would like with three additional bed options of a queen and two twins. Making this a great option for a group of friends traveling together or even an offsite work retreat! Please note, the maximum occupancy for overnight guests is seven.
Past the kitchen, you will find the washer and dryer in the small adjoining mudroom. The property features thoughtful and artistic decor based on the winery and the valley. You’ll also find luxury amenities, such as a starter pack of locally-roasted coffee, local handcrafted soap bars, shampoo and conditioner in every shower, beds made with luxurious soft bedding, and fluffy cotton towels in every bathroom.
To wow your guests, prepare your favorite meal in the well-stocked kitchen, or we can help coordinate an in-home chef to serve a professional dinner. I was excited to have my friends from Arizona experience Brooks Winery (my wine club) and thought staying at The View would be a nice treat. Every interaction that I had with Lifestyle Properties was efficient and positive. Tiffany was just finishing the cleaning when we arrived. She was very welcoming. I plan to check out the other Lifestyle Properties. I am impressed.

Loved staying steps away from Brooks Tasting Room. The setting and the gardens are terrific. We liked the food items that were left--fresh eggs and garden veggies made for a tasty egg dish. Granola was yummy! Of course the chacuterie and bottle of wine were a plus! Beds and linens very nice. One night we got take out from the tasting room for a yummy and convenient dinner. All in all a lovely stay!

We stayed here for my birthday weekend & a special event at Brooks Winery. Absolutely stunning property and the views are incredible! We spent the afternoon sitting on the deck enjoying the sunshine and the birds. The beds were comfy, the towels were soft, the fire pit was a big hit! Being right next door to our favorite winery was definitely a plus!

- Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- Rates start at $250 per night for two (2) adults plus taxes and fees. Additional $100/person/night for thereafter.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Pet fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of two (2) dogs. Please do not leave dogs unattended. Dogs must be kenneled if left in the house unattended.
