The well-appointed and open concept kitchen and dining area invite everyone in with a beautiful dining table that seats up to eight. Enjoy the cozy ambiance created by the wood-burning fireplace. The extra elbow room and additional seating at the countertop allow everyone to gather comfortably and the chef of the family is sure to enjoy this well-equipped gourmet kitchen, perfect for preparing almost any dish!
On those wonderful Oregon evenings, you and your guests can share your favorite meals cooking on the state-of-the-art Weber Propane BBQ grill on the expansive outdoor deck and relax in the setting sun. The other three guestrooms are located in the west wing and continue with the vibrant mid-century-modern feel, these opulent accommodations will have you resting easily during your stay with two plush queen size beds and a twin with trundle, as well as doubling as a home office. A generous workspace gets the cerebral juices flowing so you can get back to making memories.
Take a step back into time in the East Wing of the home--a wonderful classic retro-high-designed entertaining room, complete with a comfortable lounge seating area, a pub table and chairs, and a Ping Pong Table. Have fun with your friends and family making memories, especially on those rainy days indoors!

While Grandhaven Getaway is pet-friendly, we do limit pets to two (2) dogs. Your stay will come equipped with a welcome kit for your pup with a few extra items to help protect the property. We do request for pets to not be left unattended. There is a brand new fence ecompassing the backyard of the home.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was very comfortable, the back deck gorgeous, and the hot tub and fire pit were great. We had run out of propane, and the maintenance person brought one out right away. We would definitely recommend this property!

The house was absolutely beautiful, and so well equipped and stocked. The location was very convenient and had easy access. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with spices and other items that made cooking a pleasure. We will definitely return to this.

Very clean and well-equipped. Close to McMinnville but very private. Basically on a far at the edge of town. The back deck is a world away with huge redwoods and backed up to the Yamhill River. Great place to sit and enjoy the wildlife and connect with family.

This property was perfect to celebrate college graduation at Linfield. It was very close to town, the university and any amenities needed. The properties' location gives it a feel as if you are out in the country yet you're a few minutes from town. Perfect deck with jacuzzi to enjoy, plenty of seating in both the living room as well as the game room. Kitchen had everything we could have needed! No complaints at all! Thanks for the great experience!

This property accommodated our group perfectly. The toddlers had room to roam and the hot tub and ping pong table kept the adults thoroughly entertained. The room layout worked very well for our group that the master bedroom was on the other side of the home from the rest of the bedrooms. Beautiful views off the back deck and a well-appointed kitchen also enhanced our experience.

Our group of 5 adults loved this place! The location was wonderful, so near McMinnville but far out enough to feel like a little retreat. We could see so many stars from the hot tub. The place is amazingly well appointed. The cooking items are quality and plentiful. The master is wonderful and large. Loved bringing my dog and the dog welcome basket was very helpful. Heads up for other dog owners - there is no fenced-in area. There are neighbors with off-leash dogs that only interacted with mine when we were nearby. 100% would stay again! Thanks for the lovely weekend!

Everyone was very sweet. I wish to express gratitude for all that was done to make sure we had a beautiful time and that my wifes birthday was special. She was overwhelmed with gratitude and I was so happy to be able to host her long-time friends in a comfortable, beautiful, picturesque location that felt like a true getaway. We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful weekend at Grandhaven. The house was beautiful and had almost everything that we needed. The flow of the rooms was good, there were dimmers to create ambiance, the decor was superb. We really enjoyed the hot tub and loved that it wasnt over-chlorinated. The beds were very comfy. I loved that the kitchen had leftover food storage solutions and lots of serving utensils. The bonus room was great for the ceremony we held for my wife. As a group of many talented chefs, we were super grateful to have so many great kitchen supplies on hand. I loved the style of the place and the hot tub was epic. I would definitely stay here again.

- Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancelation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable. Travel insurance is encouraged.
- Pet fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of two (2) dogs. Please do not leave dogs unattended. Dogs must be kenneled if left in the house unattended.
