Upon arrival at Old Farm, you'll find yourself immediately embracing the fact that you have made it to wine country! Rows of 25-year-old vines line the short country drive. After you pass by the original Old Red Barn the farmhouse emerges with lovely green landscaping with pathways and benches that lead to the brand-new cedar deck. Outside guests can enjoy a variety of seating options, a propane BBQ grill, a two-ton charcoal grill/smoker, yard games, a tennis court with complimentary rackets, and a dog run for your furry family member. It's an excellent place to go hiking on the trails and over the bridges where you can enjoy the creek flowing through the property, the ancient oaks, flowers, and natural wildlife—mostly birds, deer, and squirrels.
Inside the home, this lovely farmhouse has been newly updated while still maintaining the classic country charm. You'll find hardwood floors, vintage details, and the comfortable furnishings throughout this home will provide the perfect backdrop for your vacation memories. Fully equipped with everything you'll need for your wine country getaway, guests will love that the home has been enriched with luxury amenities and lavish linens.
Complimentary internet and desk space will make any vacation planning or those must-do work duties a breeze. Lifestyle Properties also provides the use of Netflix and Pandora on the SmartTVs, which are conveniently already logged in and ready to use!
The plants in the garden boxes outback and the fire pit area for guest use! Feel free to browse the fresh vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers or cozy up with some s'mores on the benches. There are also grape vines on-site and on the neighboring property. These are the homeowner's own private vineyards, please feel free to look, but don't touch! Instead, go for a taste at Archer Vineyards and ask for the Pinot Reserve for a sip of everything Old Farm has to offer.
When you're ready to 'hit the hay' there are five bedrooms to choose from, with comfortable beds, luxurious mattresses, high-quality linens, and unique views of the property, neighboring vineyard, garden, and historic barn.
Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack-n-play), yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games (bocce ball, croquet) are available to rent upon request.

Cute farmhouse, well appointed. We didn't end up using a lot of their outdoor amenities but there are many. The house has been updated to modern amenities but still retained its farmhouse charm. Really accommodating with pet owners was a huge plus!

We had a group of 10 visiting wine country. We loved the proximity to so many incredible wineries. Each one of us were beyond grateful for this amazing home. Located on a vineyard, tennis court, hot tub, outdoor shower, fruit trees with delicious pears, and a fire pit. It has everything you need and we cooked most of our meals, eating outside on the spacious deck. The hosts were amazing. They left us a handwritten note, local coffee, and popcorn, and a bottle of wine. After traveling a lot, this is now my number one spot! Absolute perfection.

Wow, what hospitality. Professional, welcoming, excellent communication, informative. An amazing, handwritten note was left for us upon arrival with local coffee, popcorn, and a bottle of wine! Yay. Communication was truly fantastic and we could feel the love and intention behind each email, text, etc.

There isn't a better vacation rental out there. This is a gem and had everything one could need: amenities, tennis, an outdoor deck to dine or relax, hot tub, outdoor shower, stocked kitchen, close to the best wineries, and it's on a vineyard. A true farm feel with an updated cozy, comfortable interior (we had 10 adults). We even ate apples and fresh pears growing on the trees. They thought of everything. We played tennis in the morning, cooked most of our meals at the home, ate outside on the spacious deck, grilled steaks on the grill, etc. They have it all, including great pots, pans, utensils, oil, firewoood for the campfire, outdoor games, and the list goes on. We were beyond impressed and hope to return. Within walking distance, there are two wonderful, family owned wineries. We were lucky enough to get an ATV tour of the closest winery by Jaime just out of pure luck and kindness (Lafleur). Great wine too.

We loved our stay at Old Farm. We were in the area for my sons wedding, and it was perfect for our purposes of accommodating family and friends. The setting is wonderful, and we adored the funky and eclectic farmhouse decor. We wished we could have stayed longer and had more time to just hang out and explore.

The property is located in a serene rural setting, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown Newburg. You can enjoy the tranquility of being surrounded by nature. While its a great opportunity to disconnect, its important to note that due to the remote location, Ubers are unlikely to be available, and the cell signal can be weak.

If you are looking for a place to relax in the wonderful Willamette Valley, this is it. The location gives visitors an opportunity to experience a wide range of activities-golf,tennis,hiking, wineries, restaurants, and shopping, while providing a setting to enjoy nature. The house is set up to accommodate a large group,but still allows for individual privacy. You can organize family games or find a spot to just sit and listen to bird song. The kitchen has everything needed for creating memorable meals and there are two grills for BBQ enthusiasts. Excellent wineries are located within 5-10 minutes (driving) and Newberg continues to expand its dining options. We were really well taken care of by the property owners and felt like they worked hard to make our stay comfortable. All of our group(5 adults) agreed that we would definitely return!

I stayed here for my sisters wine tasting bachelorette party and we had the best time. The property is so beautiful and has so many great amenities. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we couldnt enjoy all that the property had to offer, but we loved the comfy beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms, great location by lots of good wineries, and beautiful grounds surrounding the house. We really couldnt have asked for a better stay.

- Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check in or late check out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancelation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Dog fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs. Please do not leave dogs unattended and are to stay on the first floor of the home only. Dogs must be kenneled if left in the house unattended.
- Property is located on a working vineyard and special event site, additional activity onsite away from the vacation home may take place during guest stays.
- There are two long-term renters/caretakers that live on-site in the barn that have two small dogs.
