This custom home is beautifully and simply decorated with modern wine country elegance in mind.

As you walk into the home, the entryway opens into an airy common area with a cozy living room, featuring a TV, built-in speakers, and a gas fireplace. Guests will get to enjoy Direct TV services loaded with all the popular channels. The great open-concept kitchen, dining area, and sitting room make the main level a great place for everyone to gather.
Brier Maison boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and plenty of space for cooking. With the center kitchen island and bar, you can make cooking a group affair. You'll find everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal in your home away from home. The bar seat two and a large dining table has seating for six. Off the dining room is the large covered deck with high-quality patio seating and a BBQ grill perfect for enjoying your meal alfresco all year round.
The main-level master suite features a king bed, fabulous luxurious bedding, and a flat-screen TV. In the en-suite bathroom, you'll find a deep soaking tub, double sink vanity, large standing shower, and huge walk-in closet. Down the hall, you will find a half bath and a spacious office with a brand-new Murphy bed at your disposal. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the main level.
Venturing down the stairs, you will find a second spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV with DirecTV, games, a comfy couch, and a loveseat that also features a new hide-a-bed -- please let us know if you would like to use it so we can provide extra bedding. Enjoy separate spaces for family members to hang out. The lower level offers two additional queen bedrooms equal in size with brand new beds and luxurious bedding. There is one large guest bathroom located on the lower level, and access to the backyard are additional bonuses to enjoy while staying here!
Just under a mile to downtown Dundee, Brier Maison is very close to locally-loved restaurants like the Red Hills Market and The Dundee Bistro, and downtown tasting rooms like Argyle, Dobbes, Alit, or Fox Farm. If you're up for an outdoor adventure, close by is the Harvey Creek Trail, a pleasant hike through the woods of Dundee. Most importantly, a short scenic drive is all that's needed to visit most of the region's 250+ wineries.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. For those who can't control their noise levels please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun, and make memories.

Situated in a residential area not far from wineries, vineyards and restaurants, this beautiful home was perfect for our stay. We have family in the area, which was the reason for our visit, but we managed to get out to check out a few local spots (Try Argyle! Try Red Hills Market for a drink and a meal!) The home was carefully appointed with everything you could possibly want. The three (+!) bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom felt luxurious. We spent time each morning talking about how comfortable the linens, the mattress and the pillows were. Yes, really. In fact, my mother stripped down the pillowcases to see if she could find the brand to see if she could buy them! We went in the winter, so we stayed inside by the fire, but there was a big deck with BBQ that would be perfect for a happy hour with a view. The house was absolutely gorgeous. Our only regret was not staying longer!

Deadbolt/keyless entry took a minute to figure out, but after the first time, it's no problem. If we're back in the area would definitely consider staying here again!

The house was perfectly located, close to everything. Brand new home with all of the amenities. We used it all, from the BBQ to the bluetooth radio in the living room. AC works great, loads of parking. And how about that view. We could see Mt. Hood and all of the valley from the deck. I would highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back.

A lovely and spacious space close to wineries and outdoor activities. Not too far of a drive from downtown Portland. We were in town for a wedding in Oregon City and needed a space for our four kids (ages 15-28) and us. Brier Maison was perfect for us- all kids had their own bed and the master was so spacious, In late evening, there was plenty of space to relax and watch a movie. Really nice touch to provide coffee and coffee filters as well. Check in was a breeze. We checked in after 10 pm and were a bit worried, but the key-less entry was perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood.

This house is beautiful and so well-appointed. The photos in the listing are exactly what it looks like. We like to cook and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a meal, and to top it all off it has a top-notch Kitchenaid gas stovetop (I have the same one, so I may be biased .) The icing on the cake is the location. We were so close to everything and it saved us so much travel time that we were able to visit more vineyards than we had originally planned. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough great things about this house and our overall experience! House is stunning and better equipped than my own home! Comfy beds! Great shower! Love the fireplace and a kitchen in which any chef would feel right at home.Great proximity to lots of great wineries! Checked out Willakenzie, Argyle, Soter, Durant, and our 2 favorites, Fairsing and Sokol Blosser. Two great dinners - one at Dundee Bistro and the 2nd at Cuvee. We will certainly be back!
