Welcome to the Yamhill Flats! These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your door step, you will enjoy being moments away from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.

Flat #4: This studio suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. With a splash of color, this suite features a vivacious modern full kitchen, supremely comfy queen bed, ample clothing storage, a small dining table and seating. The en-suite bathroom features a beautiful tiled shower-tub combo, lots of lighting, plush towels and a hair dryer.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Every guest will enjoy individually controlled air conditioning and heat, en-suite bathrooms with essential toiletries, Dish Satellite TV, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack 'n play) & yoga mats are available to rent upon request.

I cannot wait to return here. The space was small but beyond functional. The linens were so soft, the kitchen was well stocked if you choose to cook dinner yourself, and it was just off Newburg's "main street" if you choose to walk to any of their restaurants. I was greeted inside with a handwritten note, local soap, and coffee to enjoy as well. If you have the option, stay here!

The suite was clean, light, and airy, & includes a tiny, but full kitchen. The location is right downtown, within walking distance to food, coffee, shopping, groceries, etc. There is traffic noise at times. Earplugs were provided, but not needed, as the noise seemed to die down later in the evening. Street parking meant parking under trees. No elevator, one flight of stairs every time you come & go. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

Location is great for walking to local restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores etc. There is a green space across the street which is great if youre bringing a dog as we did. The room was small but for two people and a dog was good. Parking was no issue. Will stay here again.

This is such a cute place with a full kitchen that actually has a full set of kitchen cooking implements. You could definitely make full meals here. The place was very clean and everything was in great working order. No complaints - we would definitely stay again!

My sister gave birth to my latest and greatest nephew a few weeks early; so an unplanned, unbudgeted trip was necessary. Yamhill Flats was an unexpected surprise in the area that allowed my husband and I to feel at home while we helped my sister adjust to life with a newborn. I have absolutely no complaints and will continue to stay here whenever I'm in the area!

This is such a sweet little spot, perfect for two people. It was in a location close to Portland and walking distance to lots of restaurants, galleries, and a short drive to dozens of wineries. It was comfortable and nice to have a coffee maker and fridge for easy breakfast in the AM.

I was in Newberg for a few days to attend a continuing education training at George Fox University, and I wanted to bring my dog along with me. It can be stressful trying to bring a dog on a trip, and I am so grateful we found Yamhill Flats to ease that stress. We stayed our first night in Suite 4, though due to a plumbing issue, were relocated to Suite 5 for the remaining two nights. I was worried the issue would cause additional stress, but management offered immediate responsiveness to my concern, worked around my training schedule to ensure I would be home prior to going into the space, and quickly upgraded me when it became clear the issue would need greater attention to resolve.

The suites themselves were very clean and well-stocked, quiet and comfortable, and the location offered great walkability to the university and main street. I would highly recommend Yamhill Flats to anyone visiting Newberg, especially those with dogs!

- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
