Welcome to the Yamhill Flats! These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your door step, you will enjoy being moments away from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.

Flat #4: This studio suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. With a splash of color, this suite features a vivacious modern full kitchen, supremely comfy queen bed, ample clothing storage, a small dining table and seating. The en-suite bathroom features a beautiful tiled shower-tub combo, lots of lighting, plush towels and a hair dryer.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Every guest will enjoy individually controlled air conditioning and heat, en-suite bathrooms with essential toiletries, Dish Satellite TV, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. With this fantastic location and impressive amenities, we are confident you will be delighted to call the Yamhill Flats home while exploring Oregon Wine Country!

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending our Thanksgiving at Destination Willamette's studio flat in downtown Newberg, Oregon, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the charming ambiance of the flat. The studio was beautifully appointed, with tasteful decor that exuded both modern elegance and a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful amenities provided. The location was ideal for exploring the vibrant downtown area. We enjoyed strolling through the quaint streets, discovering local shops, and indulging in the diverse culinary scene that Newberg has to offer. The convenience of having everything within walking distance made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite being in the heart of downtown, the studio provided a serene retreat. Conveniently located close to the wineries and restaurants in the Willamette valley. Great communication from the hosts. The studio was clean. It was well furnished. and appointed. It was easy to find, checkin and access. Great choice for a couple or a single guest. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and coffee/tea which is useful.

Adorable flat in downtown Newberg! Great location with easy access to the unit from street parking. Nice amenities in the unit and it felt super cozy. Great value for a last minute booking in the summer. The host added nice touches such as wine upon arrival. I would definitely recommend to others and come back to stay again!

Great location in the heart of Newberg. After visiting the area for the wine over the past decade, it was the first time staying at the Yamhill Flats and was not disappointed. The hosts were responsive and there were wonderful touches to include fresh coffee for the morning. Everything was clean and comfortable. Planning our next trip to the wine country and will stay here again.

This is definitely the communication process that I prefer. Some places leave you hanging and nervous about receiving needed codes, etc. But from the moment you book, you get texts and/or email, that puts my mind at ease. And even though it's through technology, the communications were personal and friendly.

The pictures are very accurate and we thought the place was adorable. It absolutely everything needed, nothing missing, they've really covered all bases. My pup was comfortable on his bed that brought, watching out the window. There is a cute grass area with cleanup supplies for dogs. We did a fun walk around Newberg. I was impressed that the extensive information book included a tab with dog friendly restaurants and pubs. I did not find this unit noisey and slept well. The only thing I must not have read about was the steep interior stairs. This is no big deal for most people, it was our pup that had a hard time with the stair case.

Nice clean and walkable to many bars restaurants. Parking wasnt an issue either Im not sure how high season is. They also provide earplugs because I guess it normally is noisy. We didnt have an issue, but it was very dead so Im not sure if in the high season time.

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. The location in Newberg was amazing- we could walk to all sorts of restaurants and coffee shops. The place was clean and cozy. They included special touches like coffee and a bottle of wine. It was just a wonderful place to stay and we would highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Flat #4. The location in Newberg is right off the main street and within easy walking distance to all of the nicer downtown restaurants. The location makes it an easy drive to all of the best wineries. When we arrived we were greeted with a very nice bottle of wine. The flat is super clean and has all the amenities. Also a binder with a lot of important information is provided in the flat. We highly recommend for anyone visiting the Wilamette Valley.

Adorable studio. This listing was exactly as described with all of the comforts of home. The bed and linens were so comfortable, I actually got a good nights sleep. The location was ideal. Close to George Fox University, walking distance to restaurants and close to plenty of wineries. I would definitely stay here again the next time Im in Newberg.

- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
