THE PROPERTY
The Roost features a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, lots of space for cooking, and gorgeous granite countertops. You'll find everything you need for preparing most any dish! Then serve up that perfect meal to family and friends with a dining area with seating up to six guests. Wake up in the next morning with a fresh cup of Caravan Coffee, courtesy of Lifestyle Properties.
The spacious living area with a classic gas fireplace is perfect for your lazy mornings, or a comfortable retreat with your group after a day of wine tasting. Enjoy one of the many board games in the entertainment center or gather around for a movie on the large, comfortable couch.
A large master bedroom features a plush king bed, walk-out deck, and private en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks. Two additional bedrooms, complete with hotel-quality linens, share a common bathroom with shower-tub combo. Feel at home with hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, luxurious towels, and local crafted soap bars provided during your stay. The Roost is also equipped with laundry facilities to make your stay even more comfortable.
Step out onto The Roost’s spacious deck for views of the private, fenced backyard with plenty of space to enjoy the fresh Oregon air. Luxury patio furniture and a BBQ grill offer al fresco dining, while you enjoy the home’s beautiful landscaping, complete with homegrown blueberry and raspberry bushes.

The Roost provided a comfortable and cozy home to vacation with friends. It really is better than the images suggested. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, wineries, and beautiful scenic drives. The interior is beautifully decorated and the couch is very comfortable! The kitchen has pots and pans to make simple meals, and the pantry is stocked with basic staples. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous, with colorful flowering plants and lots of lush greenery. The fire pit is nice and large and was so much fun to enjoy steaks on the grill and a good glass of wine with friends around a crackling fire! Heather was very accommodating to our schedule and prompt at responding to text messages. Highly recommended for families and/or friends visiting the area.

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the spacious home to enjoy our morning coffee and family dinners after spending the day visiting the tasting rooms. Stay here! It is the cutest, most quaint little home on the planet! We all wanted to move in! The red couch is so comfortable and the value for the price was perfect! You are so close to Newberg and Dayton with fantastic vineyards all around. You must eat at Babica Hen while there. We ate there 3 times for breakfast and it's just a 3-min drive from the home.

- Please inquire to request early check in or late check out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
