THE PROPERTY
The Roost features a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, lots of space for cooking, and gorgeous granite countertops. You'll find everything you need for preparing most any dish! Then serve up that perfect meal to family and friends with a dining area with seating up to six guests. Wake up in the next morning with a fresh cup of Caravan Coffee, courtesy of Lifestyle Properties.
The spacious living area with a classic gas fireplace is perfect for your lazy mornings, or a comfortable retreat with your group after a day of wine tasting. Enjoy one of the many board games in the entertainment center or gather around for a movie on the large, comfortable couch.
A large master bedroom features a plush king bed, walk-out deck, and private en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks. Two additional bedrooms, complete with hotel-quality linens, share a common bathroom with shower-tub combo. Feel at home with hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, luxurious towels, and local crafted soap bars provided during your stay. The Roost is also equipped with laundry facilities to make your stay even more comfortable.
Step out onto The Roost’s spacious deck for views of the private, fenced backyard with plenty of space to enjoy the fresh Oregon air. Luxury patio furniture and a BBQ grill offer al fresco dining, while you enjoy the home’s beautiful landscaping, complete with homegrown blueberry and raspberry bushes.

We spent two nights in this wonderful home, and it turned out to be just as the photos (or even better in our opinion!) show. We love that it is in the heart of wine country, with easy access to the vineyards and wineries in the area. The house is a home away from home and accommodated 6 of us very comfortably. We would love to stay here again when we do a getaway in Dundee!

The Lifestyle house was wonderful. Three couples spent two days there in August and we were very happy. We spent most of our evenings cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, dining on the large dining table that was able to accommodate us, and spending our evenings on the patio. The house is charming, comfortable, very clean and well-equipped.

We had a great vacation. We had an excellent experience. The house was perfect and everything was just they way it was portrayed when we booked. We visited wineries, farms that made cheese and had fresh meat, great fish market close by, and easy access to groceries and great restaurants. Wonderful house. Great location. The "Roost" met our needs perfectly! The neighborhood is quiet and seems very safe. The gardens are lovely and well maintained with a dense hedge of cypress providing privacy in the back yard. The house itself radiates a comfortable rural feeling, while providing necessary amenities. We were able to walk to the Red Hill Market(high quality prepared food market) via community paths without having venture out onto route 99. We will happily return on our next visit.

- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
