Perfect home away from home! So thankful to have been able to stay here while our house is being worked on. The house is very cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our family!

Everything was wonderful about this property, it was nicely renovated and had plenty of room for the two of us. The town of Newberg was cute and the property was close to many vineyards and restaurants.

The Avery House was a great vacation home for our group! We were in Newberg for a birthday trip, and the house was even better than the online description! It was the most well-equipped home we have ever been to, with every pot, pan and anything else you could imagine that you might need during your stay! The location was excellent for our group, with a short walk/drive to the grocery stores and a very easy drive to downtown Newburg. 12/10 overall rating for The Avery House!

Spacious room, very comfortable, centrally located vis a vis wineries, and only steps away from the Common Cup, a great coffee shop! We will be back!

Lovely house with spacious backyard was just what we needed for our wine country weekend. Access to wineries and restaurants was all within 5-15 minutes.

The Destination team added so many nice touches like coffee, popcorn, wine, and cute soaps. They also provided a ton of helpful info about Newberg/the wine valley. 11/10 recommend. Thanks again!

My only wish for this place was that we could have stayed longer! The apartment is so lovely - spacious, clean, comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Carlton Farmhouse. Our group, five of us, all liked the property with its throwback charm combined with new amenities. The location was great for going out to dinner downtown and heading out wine tasting during the day. The backyard garden was a bonus with tomatoes and herbs for the picking. The fruit trees with apples and pears were ripening and we brought a few with us as snacks for wine tasting. The facilities inside the house were very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. We used the outside table and BBQ one night and it was great. We would definitely recommend staying here to others.

We had a wonderful time at this place. House was lovely, beds were comfortable and property views are amazing. Highly recommend doing a tasting at the winery on site. He was wonderful and took his time with us. Will be back!

We had the most incredible experience staying at this beautiful home in Yamhill Hill, Oregon. From the moment we booked, the communication was seamless prompt, clear, and so welcoming. It truly set the tone for the stay.

When we arrived, we were blown away by how pristine and perfectly maintained the house was. Every corner sparkled, and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing wine country getaway. The thoughtful touch of a complimentary bottle of local wine waiting for us upon arrival made us feel immediately at home. The interior was beautifully designed, cozy yet elegant, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable the kind you sink into at the end of a perfect day exploring the vineyards. Every detail, from the kitchen amenities to the outdoor spaces, was carefully considered to make guests feel cared for. This is truly an exceptional property a peaceful retreat that exceeded our expectations in every way. We would return in a heartbeat!!!

This is a beautiful unit in a great location. The decor and attention to detail including high end finishes are wonderful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to eat meals in if desired. The king sized bed is very comfortable. Nice to have such a such lovely place that allows pets. Overall a nice place

This is a beautiful property that was as described! It was very clean and the setting was incredible. We loved the peaceful surrounding area and sitting on the back patio in the mornings watching the sunrise including multiple hot air balloons.

The house was exactly as described. Location, cleanliness, and items in the house were top notch. They have thought of everything! We were able to walk in the beautiful neighborhood and to restaurants. Probably the best property we have been to. All the special touches were really appreciated.

The communication with Lifestyle Properties is excellent. We were provided all the information needed for our stay before, during, and after our trip. We have booked other properties with Lifestyle Properties because of the great communication and easy booking procedures. Plus, we received a past guest discount.

The Suite was perfect for our football weekend and family visit. It is ideal for 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped and very organized. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has good water pressure. The king bedroom has sliding doors for privacy which is nice since my husband woke up early to take some business calls. The linens and towels are high quality. Despite being between two major roads, it is a very quiet location. We loved walking to the nearby restaurants, shops, and grocery store across the street. This property is serving as our home away from home during football season.
