We had a wonderful relaxing time. Wine was wonderful! Our 40 th Anniversary weekend was made so special.

Not a lot of contact needed because everything was set up beforehand. Very well stocked unit. Good communication. Easy to work with. We knew they were available if needed!

Cozy and nice for one couple.Loved the coziness and decor of the apartment. Loved the electric fireplace. Clean and well stocked. Had a nice bottle of wine awaiting us when we arrived. The book regarding the property was very complete and full of great information. We had a great time staying in the Rose room. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at the Amity Flats, which is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to McMinnville, which has very good restaurants as well.

This place was beautiful and perfectly appointed. Smack in the middle of wine country too. We will be back and stay here again !

House is modern, clean, everything works. Easy access to Hwy 99, but very quiet neighborhood. back yard and patio is lovely. A great jumping off spot to wine country.

The house was clean, organized, and charmingly decorated. The kitchen was so well stocked and was a joy in which to work. But the setting was the true star. The house is so private and is on a hill so the view was so elegant and we loved hearing the donkeys and goats in the morning. We cannot wait to stay in Southfield Cottage again.

Just a stunning spot. The place looks like the images online but better ;) with views that go on forever. Everything was in wonderful condition. We were comfortable and all four members of our group raved about the cottage. I wish we had stayed longer and cannot more highly recommend it! Hope to be back!

Very tastefully appointed house with lovely open concept main floor. Very comfortable and better than pictures represent. While we were there in later Fall so didnt really use the yard, the deck and fire pit/BBQ would have been ideal on a warm evening. Close to world class wineries and gorgeous countryside. Great short escape with friends.

We stayed at the property for my son's wedding weekend. There were 3 couples. It was clean and spacious. The decor is charming and makes you feel welcome. The location made it easy for us to get around to the events we attended.

Very clean, well cared for property. Great for short visit, everything we needed for two night stay. Minor inconvenience worth mentioning, you do hear footsteps and muffled conversations from family upstairs. However, we would consider returning.

My family included three adults that stayed at this property for a long weekend of wine tasting. The house was literally just a few minutes drive to tasting rooms and vineyards. It was clean with a lot of space and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our breakfasts and dinners. All in all, this was a wonderful rental and we'd definitely book it again.

No fish eye lens. Everything was as you see in in photos. We absolutely loved our time at Southfield Cottage. Communications were particularly good. I didn't have to stress about receiving replies to my inquiries. Response times were amazingly quick. I hope to return to this property.

Within walking distance of the quaint Main Street in Carlton, this home served as the epicenter for our winery experiences across the Willamette Valley. If you are a couple that loves antiques, clawed footed cast iron bathtubs, wood floors, and a beautiful yard, this place is for you. It is well-appointed, clean, and roomy. Would definitely stay here again!

My childhood bestie & her 7 year old son & I stayed in the Rose Room on our weekend trip to wine country. The space is clean, well decorated & cozy with the most comfortable bed I have slept in at a vacation rental. The welcome note & local bar soap, wine & coffee were a nice surprise. We used all the amenities & everything worked perfectly. TV with Netflix, Thermostat. Coffee Maker. Microwave. Stove. Cute fake fireplace heater. There was enough room in the sitting room for all of us to put out our yoga mats and do morning practice. The bed was large enough for all 3 of us to sleep but we notice the bottom of the sofa had a pull out trundle bed. Perhaps we are all heavy sleepers but none of us were bothered by traffic noise that lost them a star by one reviewer. We will likely stay here again in the future when exploring vineyards in Newberg or Dundee or the Rodeo in St Paul. We enjoyed Furioso Vineyards so much & though in a strip mall atmosphere dinner at the Newbergundian Bistro was delicious. JORY was exceptional as well. Thank you for having us!

Great house with lots of amenities. Rear patio with fire pit, seating area with heaters, and large gas grill. Very convenient to most every winery. 1.5 hours to the coast and hiking/waterfalls east of Portland. Would definitely stay again - highly recommended.

This property was perfect for our Willamette Valley experience. Close to numerous wineries and restaurants. The property was so comfortable that we stayed in and prepared dinner at home in lieu of going out several nights.

We usually Stay in the country when we go to Newberg. Staying in downtown was a refreshing change. Convenient to a lot of food and bar options. It was a nice alternative for our usual trip.

Management was very prompt in answering questions and had a lovely welcome gift for us! Very thoughtful touches throughout to make guests feel at home. Comfortable, private and super nice! The bedroom overlooked a busy street, but between their fan and our white noise, we slept great!! Will definitely be back when we visit again and appreciate everything about the property and management.

This house is new and located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Good location to be short drive from best wineries in the Valley. House was spacious, well-appointed with lots of room to spread out. Would highly recommend to friends that visit.

The house was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable! While we spent most of our time exploring wineries, restaurants and other outdoor activities, we enjoyed evenings on the patio and opening the back doors. The location of the house is close to everything!
