The location was perfect. Lots of cute coffee shops, unique restaurants, and friendly people around. There is plenty of "suburbia" not too far away, wineries are within 5 minutes drive, but tasting rooms are just outside the door. The place was clean, spacious, modern, and easy to access.

The communication was excellent leading up to our trip and you all made us feel very welcomed upon arrival. It had all the amenities we could ever need in a rental home!

We only communicated via email and did not meet anyone in person as we arrived later in the evening. Everything was just as they said it would be upon our arrival.

The Property is cute, very clean and well stocked with towels and bath supplies, and the kitchen was also well stocked should you want to cook.

We had the absolute best time at the farmhouse in Carlton. It was spacious, cozy, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to make coming back to the house an annual trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yamhill Suite #1. It was conveniently located in the historic part of downtown near some great restaurants and a nice bakery. The suite was furnished well and was very comfortable. Our only issue was with the internet but that was resolved once we were told where to find the booster and we were able to set it upright to get the signal. Some people might find the street noise to be excessive but the property manager does furnish earplugs which did the trick for me (once the bypass is completed this may not be much of an issue anymore). The personal welcome we received from the property manager was much appreciated and the crackers and local cheese were a nice touch. We would definitely stay in the Yamhill Suite again.

A great house--even more beautiful than the photos! Very well decorated and had quality amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen! We loved the coffee and cheese and crackers that were left for us. It was unseasonably hot when we visited so we were grateful for the central air and ceiling fans upstairs. The walk to town is 5 small blocks away which was perfect for breakfast & dinner at some great restaurants! We love McMinnville and will be back and will make sure we stay at the Dulaney House again!!
