Our one bedroom and studio suites are located in the community of Newberg, Oregon, often referred to as the Gateway to Oregon Wine Country, where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive. Each luxurious apartment style suite has been remodeled with modern amenities travelers appreciate, while still capturing the original charm and grandeur of the historic building. The result is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and history, making the Yamhill Flats an ideal home base during your visit to the Willamette Valley.
A quick note about the building: this is a beautiful historic property, and with that charm comes a little quirk. There is a steep flight of stairs you will need to climb to reach your suite, and there is no elevator in the building. Please take your time and bring your luggage carefully.

This one bedroom suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious and residential in feel, offering the perfect combination of comfort and style. The suite features a modern kitchen, cozy dining nook, and an inviting living room with an electric fireplace, plush couch, and chairs for ample seating. These thoughtful details create a space that is ideal for both relaxation and privacy.
The adjacent bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, generous clothing storage, and a second television for your convenience. The ensuite bathroom offers a standing shower, bright lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer to ensure a relaxing and easy stay.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats located above charming downtown Newberg. Each flat includes all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel, with the added comfort of a fully equipped modern kitchen (two of the flats do not have ovens). Every guest enjoys individually controlled air conditioning and heat, ensuite bathrooms with essential toiletries, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. With a fantastic location and thoughtful amenities, we are confident you will love calling the Yamhill Flats home while exploring Oregon Wine Country.
Family items such as baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, and yoga mats are available to rent upon request.
Lifestyle Properties ensures that all suites are aerated, deep cleaned, and sanitized prior to your arrival. Our team follows all CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the use of PPE and cleaning equipment. You will also enjoy a fully contactless self check in upon arrival.

Our stay was perfect! Destination Willamette was a super responsive host, giving recommendations and great communication. We would definitely stay with them again.

The apartment we stayed in was within walking distance to great restaurants and tasting rooms. Space was clean and well maintained, couldnt even tell that it was pet friendly. The coffee, tea and wine was a nice touch too. While we ended up last minute not taking our pup, we loved that they provided food/water dishes, towels and blankets and a dog bone for her. Some amazing vineyards are only about 15 minutes away driving, which was also very nice!

Great spot walkable from cute little downtown Newberg! Appreciated the additional touches that made the place feel more special e.g. local coffee, a bottle of ros in the fridge, plenty of towels/bathroom amenities, a welcome note, etc. The bathroom is VERY cramped especially for 2 people getting ready (would have been nice to have a second mirror anywhere as the bathroom mirror was tiny) but the common area was spacious, clean and homey. Would recommend it for your next wine-country stay!

The Yamhill Flats is a great spot to for an extended stay in the Willamette Valley. Located well with access to restaurants and all the wineries. This is a great spot for an extended stay.
Notes
- Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check in our late check out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
