These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments away from world class tasting rooms, restaurants, and other exciting attractions.
Our one bedroom and studio suites are located in the community of Newberg, Oregon, often referred to as the Gateway to Oregon Wine Country, where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive. Each luxurious apartment style suite has been remodeled with modern amenities travelers appreciate, while still capturing the original charm and grandeur of the historic building. The result is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and character, making the Yamhill Flats an ideal place to call home during your visit to the Willamette Valley.
A quick note about the building: this is a beautiful historic property, and with that charm comes a little quirk. There is a steep flight of stairs you will need to climb to reach your suite, and there is no elevator in the building. Please take your time and bring your luggage carefully.

Flat 4
This spacious studio suite at the Yamhill Flats offers a bright and comfortable residential feel. With a touch of color and modern style, this suite features a cheerful full kitchen, a supremely comfortable queen bed, ample clothing storage, a small dining table, and cozy seating. The ensuite bathroom includes a beautifully tiled shower tub combination, bright lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats located above charming downtown Newberg. Each flat includes all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel, with the added comfort of a fully equipped modern kitchen (two of the flats do not have ovens). Every guest enjoys individually controlled air conditioning and heat, ensuite bathrooms with essential toiletries, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. With a fantastic location and thoughtful amenities, we are confident you will love calling the Yamhill Flats home while exploring Oregon Wine Country.
Family items such as baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, and yoga mats are available to rent upon request.
Lifestyle Properties ensures that all suites are aerated, deep cleaned, and sanitized prior to your arrival. Our team follows all CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the use of PPE and cleaning equipment. You will also enjoy a fully contactless self check in upon arrival.

Great location for both wine tasting and restaurants in downtown Newburg. Our suite was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. When we called the contact number after hours they were responsive, kind and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved all being together - all of my siblings and my eldest niece who is like a sister. We had fun and saved money using the kitchens and we enjoyed watching the women's world cup together on TV. All of my siblings found the suites "classy" - and some of 'em are pretty picky.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. It was very private and quiet, and the location was walking distance to local restaurants and coffee places. The kitchenette was very nice, although we really did not use it much. The room had a nice smell to it when we walked in - not at all perfumey, just nice. It was much nicer than staying in a hotel.

I appreciate the breeze check-in process, clear communication, that it was clean, has a kitchen and a heater that works well, since I stayed indoors most of the time. I also liked the soap and used it up in about a week.

The studio had all the amenities I was looking for except for a washer/dryer. It was super clean, clean white towels, has a kitchen to cook our meals, heater that works well especially in the winter, check-in was a breeze, clear communication from the host. Overall, it was a good value and I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is just as photographed; lovely decor, tasteful furnishings. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen contained all the basics. We arrived to a surprise cheese and cracker plate; much appreciated. The location is perfect- walking distance to some good restaurants. Barley and Vine has great sandwiches you can take in day trips (recommend the Brie and ham!). Ruddick/Wood has a great dinner menu and food! Ear plugs were also provided for the traffic noises, which was a nice touch.

We had a great stay in Yamhill Flats! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We made use of the kitchenette for making our morning coffee and liked that we had the option of cooking or storing groceries in the refrigerator. The location was also wonderful in downtown Newberg - we walked to dinner at a delicious restaurant every night, and we were also centrally located to many nearby wineries in the Valley. We would definitely love to stay again at Yamhill Flats for our next wine country trip!

- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
