These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments away from world class tasting rooms, restaurants, and other exciting attractions.
Our one bedroom and studio suites are located in the community of Newberg, Oregon, often referred to as the Gateway to Oregon Wine Country, where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive. Each luxurious apartment style suite has been remodeled with modern amenities travelers appreciate, while still capturing the original charm and grandeur of the historic building. The result is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and character, making the Yamhill Flats an ideal place to call home during your visit to the Willamette Valley.
A quick note about the building: this is a beautiful historic property, and with that charm comes a little quirk. There is a steep flight of stairs you will need to climb to reach your suite, and there is no elevator in the building. Please take your time and bring your luggage carefully.

Flat 4
This spacious studio suite at the Yamhill Flats offers a bright and comfortable residential feel. With a touch of color and modern style, this suite features a cheerful full kitchen, a supremely comfortable queen bed, ample clothing storage, a small dining table, and cozy seating. The ensuite bathroom includes a beautifully tiled shower tub combination, bright lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats located above charming downtown Newberg. Each flat includes all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel, with the added comfort of a fully equipped modern kitchen (two of the flats do not have ovens). Every guest enjoys individually controlled air conditioning and heat, ensuite bathrooms with essential toiletries, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. With a fantastic location and thoughtful amenities, we are confident you will love calling the Yamhill Flats home while exploring Oregon Wine Country.
Family items such as baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, and yoga mats are available to rent upon request.
Lifestyle Properties ensures that all suites are aerated, deep cleaned, and sanitized prior to your arrival. Our team follows all CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the use of PPE and cleaning equipment. You will also enjoy a fully contactless self check in upon arrival.

This was my 2nd time staying at Yamhill Flats and it was the perfect home away from home. The welcome bottle gift (bottle of wine, coffee and popcorn) was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices and tinfoil so preparing meals was effortless. Very comfortable bed and tidy/clean bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here.

We love this location! Fully equipped if you want to stay in and cook, but plenty of options in the area if you want to eat out. The space was clean and cozy. Highly recommend for a romantic wine getaway!

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending our Thanksgiving at Destination Willamette's studio flat in downtown Newberg, Oregon, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the charming ambiance of the flat. The studio was beautifully appointed, with tasteful decor that exuded both modern elegance and a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful amenities provided. The location was ideal for exploring the vibrant downtown area. We enjoyed strolling through the quaint streets, discovering local shops, and indulging in the diverse culinary scene that Newberg has to offer. Adorable flat in downtown Newberg! Great location with easy access to the unit from street parking. Nice amenities in the unit and it felt super cozy. Great location in the heart of Newberg. After visiting the area for the wine over the past decade, it was the first time staying at the Yamhill Flats and was not disappointed. The hosts were responsive and there were wonderful touches to include fresh coffee for the morning. Everything was clean and comfortable. This is definitely the communication process that I prefer. Some places leave you hanging and nervous about receiving needed codes, etc. But from the moment you book, you get texts and/or email, that puts my mind at ease. And even though it's through technology, the communications were personal and friendly.

The pictures are very accurate and we thought the place was adorable. It absolutely everything needed, nothing missing, they've really covered all bases. My pup was comfortable on his bed that brought, watching out the window. There is a cute grass area with cleanup supplies for dogs. We did a fun walk around Newberg. I was impressed that the extensive information book included a tab with dog friendly restaurants and pubs. I did not find this unit noisey and slept well. The only thing I must not have read about was the steep interior stairs. This is no big deal for most people, it was our pup that had a hard time with the stair case.

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. The location in Newberg was amazing- we could walk to all sorts of restaurants and coffee shops. The place was clean and cozy. They included special touches like coffee and a bottle of wine. It was just a wonderful place to stay and we would highly recommend it!

- Please inquire to request early check in our late check out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
