These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments away from world class tasting rooms, restaurants, and other exciting attractions.
Our one bedroom and studio suites are located in the community of Newberg, Oregon, often called the Gateway to Oregon Wine Country, where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive. Each luxurious apartment style suite has been remodeled with modern amenities travelers appreciate, while still capturing the original charm and grandeur of the historic building. The result is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and heritage, making the Yamhill Flats an ideal home base during your visit to the Willamette Valley.
A quick note about the building: this is a beautiful historic property, and with that charm comes a little quirk. There is a steep flight of stairs you will need to climb to reach your suite, and there is no elevator in the building. Please take your time and bring your luggage carefully.

Flat 3
This one bedroom suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious and residential in feel. The suite features a modern kitchen, cozy dining nook, and a comfortable living area with an electric fireplace and plush couch for ample seating. Thoughtfully designed, this sophisticated space provides both relaxation and privacy for your stay.
The adjacent bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, generous clothing storage, and a second television for your convenience. The ensuite bathroom offers a standing shower, bright lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer to ensure a comfortable stay.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats located above charming downtown Newberg. Each flat includes all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel, with the added comfort of a fully equipped modern kitchen (two of the flats do not have ovens). Every guest enjoys individually controlled air conditioning and heat, ensuite bathrooms with essential toiletries, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. With a fantastic location and thoughtful amenities, we are confident you will love calling the Yamhill Flats home while exploring Oregon Wine Country.
Family items such as baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, and yoga mats are available to rent upon request.
Lifestyle Properties ensures that all suites are aerated, deep cleaned, and sanitized prior to your arrival. Our team follows all CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the use of PPE and cleaning equipment. You will also enjoy a fully contactless self check in upon arrival.

This is my third stay in Yamhill flats. Its a great location, super clean and cute place. The little fireplace was wonderful, the towels and sheets are good quality and the place is well-stocked. Anne is a great communicator as well. Perfect stay!

Great place, super clean and beautifully stocked, a great base camp for exploring the area and strolling Main St. (theres an excellent Mexican bakery right around the corner and a nice, low key coffee/book joint a bit further down.) We loved it and will stay again.

We stayed at this property for several days on our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed it! It was the perfect size for the two of us, with enough space if one wanted to stay up later or such without disturbing the other person. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. There are several bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance and Newberg was a great base for our wine tasting adventures. There was even a bottle of wine and some local coffee to welcome us!

This place is so nice. We will be coming again. The bed and sheets were so soft, the place was so clean and the electric fire place was a nice touch. I thought the items on the side of the bed were candy, but they were earplugs. Haha! I didnt feel they were needed, but it was very thoughtful. We went to an authentic Mexican restaurant down the street and the food was so good. What a peaceful environment.

- Please inquire to request early check in our late check out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
