These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments away from world class tasting rooms, restaurants, and exciting attractions.
Our one bedroom and studio suites are located in the community of Newberg, Oregon, often called the Gateway to Oregon Wine Country, where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive. Each luxurious apartment style suite has been remodeled with modern amenities travelers appreciate, while still capturing the original charm and grandeur of the historic building. The result is a perfect combination of comfort, style, and heritage, making the Yamhill Flats an ideal home base during your visit to the Willamette Valley.
A quick note about the building: this is a beautiful historic property, and with that charm comes a little quirk. There is a steep flight of stairs to reach your suite, and there is no elevator in the building. Please take your time and bring your luggage carefully.

Flat 2
This spacious studio suite at the Yamhill Flats offers a bright and inviting residential feel. With a cheerful splash of color, the suite features a stylish modern kitchen, a comfortable queen bed, ample clothing storage, a small dining table, and cozy seating. The ensuite bathroom includes a beautifully tiled walk in shower, plenty of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats located above charming downtown Newberg. Each flat includes all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel, along with the added comfort of a fully equipped modern kitchen (two of the flats do not have ovens). Every guest enjoys individually controlled air conditioning and heat, ensuite bathrooms with essential toiletries, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. With a fantastic location and thoughtful amenities, we are confident you will love calling the Yamhill Flats home while exploring Oregon Wine Country.
Family items such as baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, and yoga mats are available to rent upon request.
Lifestyle Properties ensures that all suites are aerated, deep cleaned, and sanitized prior to your arrival. Our team follows all CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the use of PPE and cleaning equipment. You will also enjoy a fully contactless self check in upon arrival.

This flat was beautifully appointed and comfortable! You can walk everywhere and, although it is located right in the middle of town, we didnt need the earplugs that were thoughtfully provided on the nightstands. It was remarkably quiet - and we are typically sensitive to noise and light. We loved this cute, clean and well located flat! We highly recommend it and we will return!

The studio apartment was very well designed and very convenient except if you are there on the First Friday of the month. One of the vendors used the hallway to display his wife's paintings. Loved being able to walk to several restaurants.

There was great communication, and check in was a breeze since the unit has an electronic key pad for entry. It sounds simple, but I was really impressed with all of the detailed information provided prior to our stay via email and within the room binder. Based on our experience, we didnt have concern or issue with noise as mentioned in other reviews - possibly because were used to urban dwelling. Im an Air B&B newbie, and you made the process eqsy as pie. The proactive communication and accurate photos were very much appreciated. We had a great stay exploring the Valley. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay! This was a first time to Oregon wine country for us (and a first time in an Air B&B) Newberg is a quick and easy drive to many of the vineyards and other towns within wine country. The photos posted for Yamhill Flats are really accurate - so the flat was right in line with expectations (clean and updated)! The unit is new or recently renovated, and packs a lot of punch for its square footage (bed, table, kitchenette). The flat is on the second floor of a building situated close to the street. We may have been lucky, but we were always able to find quick and convenient street parking right outside the flat. The building is just around the corner from the main downtown of Newberg, which has a couple of restaurants and bars. In addition to enjoying options in Newberg, we also took advantage of being a quick drive to Dundee and McMinnville. Overall a great stay. We loved our time in Willamette Valley. Thank you!!

Good sized unit; thoughtful touches and in prime location in Newberg. We enjoyed a wine tasting weekend in Willamette and would recommend this unit as a good base location. Note, location is close to Main Street so lots of cars passing by however we didnt have any issues with noise or sleeping!

Great place to stay for a getaway to Yamhill-Carlton/Dundee Hills! I thought it would be more our of the way, but this place was right on the main drag in Newberg, walking distance to great restaurants and wineries, and a very short drive to way more. It was the perfect sized studio for 2 with a great little updated kitchen.
