These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments away from world class tasting rooms, restaurants, and exciting attractions.
Our one bedroom and studio suites are located in the community of Newberg, Oregon, often called the Gateway to Oregon Wine Country, where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive. Each luxurious apartment style suite has been remodeled with modern amenities travelers appreciate, while still capturing the original charm and grandeur of the historic building. The result is a perfect combination of comfort, style, and heritage, making the Yamhill Flats an ideal home base during your visit to the Willamette Valley.
A quick note about the building: this is a beautiful historic property, and with that charm comes a little quirk. There is a steep flight of stairs to reach your suite, and there is no elevator in the building. Please take your time and bring your luggage carefully.

Flat 2
This spacious studio suite at the Yamhill Flats offers a bright and inviting residential feel. With a cheerful splash of color, the suite features a stylish modern kitchen, a comfortable queen bed, ample clothing storage, a small dining table, and cozy seating. The ensuite bathroom includes a beautifully tiled walk in shower, plenty of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats located above charming downtown Newberg. Each flat includes all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel, along with the added comfort of a fully equipped modern kitchen (two of the flats do not have ovens). Every guest enjoys individually controlled air conditioning and heat, ensuite bathrooms with essential toiletries, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. With a fantastic location and thoughtful amenities, we are confident you will love calling the Yamhill Flats home while exploring Oregon Wine Country.
Family items such as baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, and yoga mats are available to rent upon request.
Lifestyle Properties ensures that all suites are aerated, deep cleaned, and sanitized prior to your arrival. Our team follows all CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the use of PPE and cleaning equipment. You will also enjoy a fully contactless self check in upon arrival.

This apartment is a must stay when visiting the Willamette Valley. The location absolutely can't be beat and it was the perfect home base for all of our wine tasting excursions. The space is perfect for a weekend getaway and they have really thought through all of the details that make you feel right at home. The flat we stayed in was beautiful and very comfortable. The stairs to the suite are steep and the door is close to the last stair, making it a bit awkward to get in and out of, although after a little time we figured out how to make it work. Since this is on Main Street & hwy 219, it can get loud early in the morning during the week but the weekend mornings were quiet and peaceful. We would stay again!

This place was worth paying 199 a night to rent . Other than the parking inconvenience since the guest would have to park on the street the place is beautiful , charming , super clean and they provide everything that a guest could think from cooking spray to salt and pepper, to Saran Wrap and aluminum foil and coffee and make up remover and ear plugs . The flats are located in charming Downtown Newberg and one would think it would be super noisy but it was peaceful and quiet after 9. We look forward to renting this place again. They have 5 flats located at this address.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Being on the second floor gave us a nice view of the park And the turning leaves of the trees. The colors are magnificent! - At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
