These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments away from world class tasting rooms, restaurants, and exciting local attractions.
Our one bedroom and studio suites are located in the community of Newberg, Oregon, often referred to as the Gateway to Oregon Wine Country, where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive. Each luxurious apartment style suite has been remodeled with modern amenities travelers appreciate, while still capturing the original charm and grandeur of the historic building. The result is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and history, making the Yamhill Flats an exceptional place to call home during your visit to the Willamette Valley.
A quick note about the building: this is a beautiful historic property, and with that charm comes a little quirk. There is a steep flight of stairs you will need to climb to reach your suite, and there is no elevator in the building. Please take your time and bring your luggage carefully.

Use our private wine tour and dinner shuttle service, Pinot Car, to experience the beauty and unique culture of Oregon’s renowned wine country, where every visitor walks away with lasting memories. Our knowledgeable guides will help you discover the best that the valley has to offer. Dinner Shuttle Service is available Thursday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Flat 1
This is our grand one bedroom suite at the Yamhill Flats, spacious in size and residential in feel. Featuring a full modern kitchen, dining area, and separate living room with French doors and an electric fireplace, this suite offers a sophisticated space for both relaxation and privacy. The living area includes a large couch and comfortable chairs for ample seating, while the adjacent bedroom features a king bed, generous clothing storage, and a second television. The ensuite bathroom includes a beautifully tiled standing shower, bright lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer.
Note: The bedroom is located alongside 1st Street in Newberg, which serves as the main road for vehicle traffic. Some traffic noise can be heard. We provide earplugs, and the television, alarm clock, and air conditioning unit can all help create white noise for light sleepers.
This is one of five Yamhill Flats located above charming downtown Newberg. Each flat includes all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel, with the bonus of a fully equipped modern kitchen (two of the flats do not have ovens). Every guest enjoys individually controlled air conditioning and heat, ensuite bathrooms with essential toiletries, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. Family items such as baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, and yoga mats are available to rent upon request.
Lifestyle Properties ensures that all homes are aerated, deep cleaned, and sanitized prior to your arrival. Our team follows all CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the use of PPE and cleaning equipment. You will also enjoy a fully contactless self check in experience upon arrival.

We stayed here for a two night getaway with my husband. It was very clean and everything was newer in the place. It was great for one or two nights. The kitchen had adequate equipment to make breakfast. The dishwasher in such a small unit was nice to have. This place was really nice minus near a highway with lots of noise.

The apartment was wonderful. It was in the perfect location to explore Willamette Valley. We enjoyed being able to walk to shops and restaurants in Newberg. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Lifestyle gave us great restaurant and winery suggestions. I highly recommend staying here.

Wish I could live here forever! Such a wonderful condo, light-filled, and airy. The location is fantastic and just across the street from some favorites - Barley and Vine, and Recipe II. It was the perfect spot for my trip and I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yamhill Suite #1. It was conveniently located in the historic part of downtown near some great restaurants and a nice bakery. The suite was furnished well and was very comfortable. Our only issue was with the internet but that was resolved once we were told where to find the booster and we were able to set it upright to get the signal. Some people might find the street noise to be excessive but the property manager does furnish earplugs which did the trick for me (once the bypass is completed this may not be much of an issue anymore). The personal welcome we received from the property manager was much appreciated and the crackers and local cheese were a nice touch. We would definitely stay in the Yamhill Suite again.

This was a well laid out floor plan and the suite was first class. My husband and I were traveling with our 21-year-old. With this floor plan, we could still get up earlier than our daughter and be able to go into the kitchen without disturbing her. Also, the bathroom was conveniently located for both sleeping areas. Very well designed.

- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
