Guests will love the home’s charming details, including an upright piano and a collection of classic board games for family fun.

Gather under the elegant crystal chandelier in the formal dining room with seating for up to ten guests, or enjoy a more relaxed meal in the recently renovated kitchen. Complete with stainless steel appliances, a Dacor professional gas stove, and new cookware, the kitchen and breakfast nook are thoughtfully stocked with high quality glassware, dishes, and utensils.
For casual entertainment, unwind in the den for a family movie night on the 50 inch flat screen TV, or head to the fully finished basement featuring a bar top and another 50 inch TV—ideal for watching your favorite team’s next big game.

The Pearl comfortably accommodates up to nine guests. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes a hotel quality king mattress, abundant closet space, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second and third upstairs bedrooms each feature plush queen beds, and one of them includes a cozy twin daybed for additional sleeping space. The fourth bedroom, located downstairs, has a queen bed and easy access to the main living areas.

All bedrooms include luxurious bedding, robes, and convenient luggage racks to enhance your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with soft towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and locally handcrafted soap bars. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

• At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee) . If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
• We charge a pet fee of $100 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs, and this is non-refundable. If you happen to be traveling with a different type of animal, please check with us prior to booking.
