The spacious living room offers plush seating and a large smart TV and opens to the formal dining area. • At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee) . If the reservation is cancelled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
• This home is located on a working vineyard, this does mean that employees come and go to the winery facility up the hill, but will not be in the guest areas. At this time, we request that guests stay out of the vineyards unless invited in.
