This custom built, single level home with an open floor plan offers an inviting space for relaxation and gathering. The elegant kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops, brand new appliances, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals for family and friends. French doors open from nearly every room to the backyard, where sweeping vineyard views create the perfect backdrop for your stay.

The spacious living room includes a cozy sofa, a large flat screen TV with DirecTV service, and plenty of natural light. The sofa also converts into a pull out bed for additional guests. Each guest beyond four will be charged a small additional fee—please let our team know upon booking so it can be included in your total.

Two luxurious primary suites offer comfort and privacy, each featuring a king bed, high quality linens, and private ensuite bathrooms. Both bedrooms also include flat screen TVs with Roku streaming and DirecTV service, large closets, and direct access to the outdoors. The bathrooms are designed with double sinks, tiled showers, and excellent lighting, complete with hair dryers, diffusers, straighteners, and plush towels for each guest.

Step outside and take in the fresh Oregon air from the spacious backyard and covered patio. The charcoal grill and outdoor dining area are perfect for enjoying meals al fresco, while the lush lawn invites games or leisurely afternoons with a glass of pinot in hand. In the fall, you will find ripe apples along the driveway and blackberries growing wild around the property—a sweet bonus of your countryside stay.

Last season, we planted Ribbon Ridge Valley grapes in the surrounding fields, which means our vineyard is growing into the next great source for Willamette Valley pinot noir. During the spring and summer months, vineyard crews may be working nearby Tuesday through Thursday between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. They will not enter the rental property, and we appreciate your patience as we care for this special crop.

A delightful local visitor, a friendly dog named Fetch, often stops by the cottage to say hello. He belongs to the homeowner who lives over the hill and knows his way home. Guests enjoy his company, as well as the occasional sheep grazing in the neighboring field. If you prefer not to have company, you can simply tell Fetch to “go home.” Southfield Cottage is also dog friendly, so your own furry friend is welcome to join you on your getaway.

Lifestyle Properties ensures that all homes are aerated, deep cleaned, and sanitized prior to your arrival. Our team follows all CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the use of PPE and cleaning equipment. You will also enjoy a fully contactless self check in upon arrival.

• Cancelation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
• Pet fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs.
