Off the kitchen, you will find the laundry area, access to the backyard, and three off street parking spaces. A powder room and the primary bedroom complete the main level.
The primary suite features a king bed, double closets, and an elegant ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub for two, a separate shower, and luxurious towels and amenities.
Upstairs, a full bathroom with a shower tub combination serves two additional bedrooms. One features a queen bed, while the other includes a twin daybed with a trundle and a convenient pack n play stored in the closet.

My family visited Something Blue for a quick weekend getaway and we had a great time. The house has wonderful details all throughout giving great relaxing ambiance. Everything is well maintained in and out of the house. Beautiful art and furniture, comfortable beds and linen, good layout for spending time together, a lovely yard with a play structure that the kids and dog really enjoyed, and a lovely welcome package for our stay. It is within a quick walk of downtown McMinnville allowing you to easily enjoy all the town has to offer. The property goes beyond everything you would normally expect with details such as yoga mats and white noise machines in every bedroom.

This a great base for a group wine trip. The home is very thoughtfully appointed and was perfect for our two couples and one dog. The outdoor spaces are outstanding for hanging out, plus a large fenced yard for the dog (and a fort/swingset if kiddos are along). A surprising bonus was the EV car charger in the driveway. Definitely worth repeating!

We had an amazing 4 nights in this charming McMinnville home. Very walkable to downtown 3rd street. Extremely clean with lots and lots of towels (very appreciated since we went to wings and waves). Knives in the kitchen were all sharp! And loved all the blue kitchen items. Beds were really comfortable. Wish there was a full length mirror somewhere but there are plenty of windows. The play set in the backyard is new and did not have the infant swing as pictured, but my son had a blast walking around the yard. Very prompt communication. We will definitely stay here again.

The kids had a blast. We planned a trip to Wings and Waves. Were originally from Washington. The kids loved the house, big enough for hide and seek, great play structure in the backyard, had a blast in the master bedroom tub , they thought they had their own pool. We cooked dinner and baked celebrating Dads birthday. Kitchen provided everything needed (except ingredients). Would love to book again would be worth it for longer days

It's a really cute place. The bedrooms are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The bathtub is nice and everything is in good working order. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools. And the walk into downtown is about 3-5 minutes. It's in a residential neighborhood and seems safe. There is a yard in the back with chairs and tables. Overall, no problems, and it's nice and comfortable.

We have been coming to McMinnville for 10 years for travel and wine tasting; and special events. We are glad we have found this property. It is about 5 blocks walking to center downtown McMinnville. It is a quiet street and it was nice to have space. We've stayed in several downtown hotels; but we would have booked 2 rooms for the 4 adults; so the price for Something Blue was about equal to 2 hotel rooms; but the added benefit of space and being able to cook a few of our meals. We still enjoy McMinnville dining; but having the option was nice

We stayed at this house for a bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect location! 10-15 minute easy walk to the Main Street with bars & restaurants. We did a wine tour and it was very convenient for our bus to pick us up at the house and take us around. The house itself is super cute and hosts a group well. Check in/out was super easy. Communication with the host was great!! I would definitely stay here again.

- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancelation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Pet fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs. Please do not leave dogs unattended. Dogs must be kenneled if left in the house unattended.
