This newly renovated king suite offers 500 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, creating a comfortable and inviting retreat for your wine country getaway. The open living area features a cozy electric fireplace, flat screen television with Dish Satellite, Netflix, and Pandora, along with a large sofa for relaxing after a day of tasting and exploring.
The kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare simple meals or snacks at home—a full size refrigerator, toaster oven, Instant Pot, egg cooker, microwave, and both a Keurig and French press for your morning brew. A small dining table for two offers an intimate spot to enjoy breakfast or a casual dinner, while the patio’s BBQ grill provides another great cooking option. A convenient desk space also allows for remote work or spreading out your travel plans.
The private bedroom features a luxurious king bed dressed in soft, high quality linens. Additional amenities include a sound machine, steamer, iron and ironing board, luggage racks, and bedside tables. The full bathroom is bright and well appointed with a standing shower, pedestal sink, hairdryer, and premium toiletries.
Your four legged friends will love their stay at Seventh Haven as much as you do. With easy access to the backyard for quick walks and plenty of trails nearby, it’s the perfect place for a little adventure and relaxation. A special welcome kit is also provided to make sure your pup feels at home.
The homeowner lives in the main residence above the suite, and you may occasionally hear light activity during the day. For your comfort, ear plugs, a white noise machine, and an alarm clock radio have been provided. Central air is available along with a portable AC unit that can be connected through the sliding door for additional cooling.
Lifestyle Properties ensures that all homes are aerated, deep cleaned, and sanitized prior to your arrival. Our team follows all CDC and WHO guidelines regarding the use of PPE and cleaning equipment. You will also enjoy a fully contactless self check in upon arrival.

We loved everything about our stay here. The location was excellent - a quick walk to the Red Hills Market, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms. The space itself was beautifully and thoughtfully done, including amenities for our pooch. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the view from our patio. We also appreciated the barbecue given no indoor cooking option other than the microwave. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. It also felt very private despite the owners home being on the top floor. We would definitely stay here again.

Wow! We absolutely lucked out! My partner and I + dog packed up the car and escaped the CA wildfires and landed in beautiful Dundee. Minutes from amazing wineries, great location, friendly neighbors and a great park. The unit looks like it is brand new! Updated, clean, and plenty of room to spread out. We spent the week here and enjoyed every minute of it!

We cant wait to come back! How did we get so lucky!? Seventh Haven and Dundee were a dream. The garden level guest suite looked like it was just recently updated or renovated... very clean, plenty of space and dog friendly! Amazing location! Minutes from a great park, great wineries and yummy restaurants. The surrounding area is very cute and the neighbors are so friendly. Hope to be back soon!

The space is brand spanking new, as it's recently been remodeled. The place was spotless and had a free standing hepa filter running. We loved that it is dog friendly, and the location was perfect to wine touring in the Willamette, hitting the coast, and exploring the surrounding area. There are several eateries and shops in walking distance, which is nice, as the unit does not include a stove, but does have a toaster oven and microwave. The unit doesn't include air conditioning, and which is fine during cooler temps. Overall, a lovely stay, perfect for a short get-away.

- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check-in or late check-out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancelation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of a $50 booking fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Dog fee of $50 per stay. Maximum of 1 dog. 25lb limit.
