A short country drive lined with 25 year old vines leads you past the original red barn and onto the beautifully landscaped farmhouse property. The new cedar deck offers multiple seating options, while the yard features a propane BBQ, a two ton charcoal grill and smoker, yard games, and a private tennis court with complimentary rackets. A dedicated dog run makes this home perfect for guests traveling with pets.
Stroll through the property’s private trails and bridges to discover a peaceful creek, ancient oaks, wildflowers, and the area’s natural wildlife—birds, deer, and squirrels alike.

Inside, the farmhouse has been lovingly restored, blending modern comfort with vintage details and classic hardwood floors. Thoughtful furnishings and inviting decor create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for home cooked meals, while luxury amenities and plush linens elevate your stay with touches of sophistication.

Complimentary internet and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, while Smart TVs with Netflix and Pandora are ready for relaxing movie nights.

Guests are welcome to explore the garden boxes behind the house and pick from fresh vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers. The outdoor firepit is the perfect place to gather for s’mores under the stars. You’ll also notice grapevines on site and on the neighboring property—these belong to the homeowners’ private vineyards. We kindly ask guests to look but not pick, and instead stop by Archer Vineyards nearby to sample the Pinot Reserve, crafted from the very grapes grown here at Old Farm.

When it’s time to rest, five cozy bedrooms await, each with high quality mattresses, luxurious bedding, and charming views of the property, vineyards, garden, or historic barn.

Family items including baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games such as bocce ball and croquet are available to rent upon request.

• At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancelation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
• Dog fee of $100 per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs. Please do not leave dogs unattended and are to stay on the first floor of the home only. Dogs must be kenneled if left in the house unattended.
• Property is located on a working vineyard and special event site, additional activity onsite away from the vacation home may take place during guest stays.
• There are two long-term renters/caretakers that live on-site in the barn that have two small dogs.
