The software and process of booking, checking in and out all of it is pretty seamless. Very similar to a high-end hotel. Never had a problem with the team. We've stayed in several flats/over retail spaces and found them all to be superior to any hotel in town for a similar price. Working with the Lifestyle team / software is pretty straightforward - it's our go-to for Newberg.

I was thrilled with my experience here! It was immaculately clean (sigh of relief!). Everything worked, everything was set up for us (the sofa bed was made & ready(!). There was pleasant music playing, soft linens, soft fluffy towels, the space is open and spacious. On top of all of THAT: they left some high class, delicious amenities. But wait, theres more. So often now, when I stay at a vacation rental, theres no book. This place has a BINDER and we loved it!!! In short: high class, plenty of wine glasses, thoughtful, clean, cheerful, comfortable, breath of fresh air. I literally felt a weight off my shoulders and loved staying here. You wont have to worry about a THING. Stay.

We needed to stay an extra night in Willamette & found this place. As always, Megan and team keep a spotless place. Location was perfect for what we needed on short notice & they even accommodated our early check in request. Everything in the place was top notch (Kitchen, bathroom, bed). It is located in a shared business location, but the apartments are quiet and have all the amenities. Got my workout in with the stairs up to the apartments, but central location makes it a worthwhile stop while on a business trip. Thanks again! The DeMatei's

We felt so at home at Gris, and were welcomed warmly. Everything was in excellent condition, but it was the space that captured us. In our week long stay, we never felt cramped, and the kitchen enabled us to eat in and enjoy some of the amazing local fruit and wine from Willamette Valley. We even baked a Marionberry pie! Every day we headed out in a different direction, different adventure. Oregon will draw us back and we will stay here!

What a wonderful stay! The space was extremely clean and comfortable - exactly as described. Lots of amenities and great recommendations. Walking distance from restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the many wineries the area has to offer. - Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check in or late check out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Dog fee of $50 per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs. 25lb limit.
- Additional guests over two (2) require a $50 fee per person per night. Extra amenities and linens will be provided.
