The Gris 202 was clean, bright, and modern in a quaint downtown area. The Lyrics Cafe is a short walk for morning coffee and a light breakfast. Multiple high-end wineries are nearby, just make sure to get a reservation for a wine flight or tasting!

Really quick with communication. Love that you guys provide multiple options, almost similar to a hotel (concierge, itineraries, wine/cheese board on arrival, etc.), it's very nice! I also love your guys' home and local guides.

I would highly recommend it for my friends/colleagues if they were staying around the area with a partner or +1, and if it was ideally during an off season. It was a very wonderful stay! The process all throughout was extremely smooth, and my fiance and I had a blast in Newberg! Thank you for making sure that his 31st birthday was a great one :)

We booked this suite at the last minute to visit with a friend over a weekend and were quite happy with the convenient central Newburg location, incredibly clean and comfortable property and nicely stocked kitchen. The bedroom overlooked a busy street, but between their fan and our white noise, we slept great!! The software and process of booking, checking in and out all of it is pretty seamless. Very similar to a high-end hotel. Never had a problem with the team. We've stayed in several flats/over retail spaces and found them all to be superior to any hotel in town for a similar price. Working with the Lifestyle team / software is pretty straightforward - it's our go-to for Newberg.

- Standard Check-in is at 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM
- Please inquire to request early check in or late check out.
- At the time of booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the reservation total. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Period: 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel before the 30 days, the total cost will be refunded to you (with the exception of the reservation fee). If the reservation is canceled within that time period, it is non-refundable.
- Dog fee of $50 per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs. 25lb limit.
- Additional guests over two (2) require a $50 fee per person per night. Extra amenities and linens will be provided.
